Best service I have had in I very long time. The ladies that work in shop are amazing. Kris, and Lisa did an amazing job and did just what I was asking for. Thank you so much and I will be coming back.

I do not play around when it comes to my hair and let me tell you I went to any type of salon you can imagine in LA and I even had well known hair artist in Beverly Hills do their art on my hair. All the great views about Miss Lisa are true. She is an artist of her craft. I’m almost a 300 pound woman I feel like I’m 150 right now. Absolutely an amazing job. I love my hair. She took such great time on my hair and she’s just a great conversationalist. Feel like a feather. Thank you so much!!! I’ll be recommending all my friends and family to go here. Thanks to Miss Lisa the other staff that we’re doing other clients here. We’re also amazing and just very polite and kind people. The store owner herself is very sweet and very kind.

We see Lisa. She is great for color and cut! I came in with a picture months ago of a hairstyle that I had from about 2 years ago. When I saw Lisa, my hair was past my shoulders and my cut is very short. The cut is not easy and she nailed it! I was sold. She is my go to. She also cuts my boyfriend's hair. ;)

My first time here today and I have been looking for the right person to do the hairstyle I want for a while now. I was greeted by Kris this morning and she was so kind. Shimmy was my stylist today and she did exactly what I wanted but even better!! Both girls were super kind and humorous. 10/10 would recommend for not just the older audience but modern teen hairstyles as well. Super comforting atmosphere and great ladies.

I’ve been going Fantastic Sams for 7 years and I have had nothing but the best of clientele. Very communicative very friendly people and they actually listen to their clients requests and perfect it. My most recent stylist that did my hair was Kenlee. Did an absolute amazing job at cutting my hair and was actually able to do a last minute coloring on my hair as well. Super fun very attentive with my requests and I’m a tough cookie to crumble when it comes to perfecting my hair and she did that✨. So come through fantastic Sams you’ve hired the best of the best for this job location specially.

Kristen did an amazing job - I am so happy with my hair! I told her what I wanted, which were like three different things, and she was able to customize this color for me. She took her time and was very attentive. I have been going to FS for over 5 years, always at this location, and I have no complaints. Even though my usual stylist doesn’t work here anymore, Kristen did not disappoint and I will definitely be a return customer with her!

Took my son in there today to get his haircut, the lady not only didn't cut his hair like they way I asked her to cut it, she then proceeded to butcher it... had this happen before at this location and it's my fault for going back. I'm sure they do womens styles fine, but as far as a fade for a 10 year old, the lady had no clue. So frustrated with the experience. (Update) the manager or who ever called me today and proceeded to ask me why I would write this review after he offered to pay for me to go somewhere else. Im not writing a review about them paying for the abilities of another hair stylist and another establishment, I'm writing this based on the abilities or lack there of his employees. Then he acted as if I gave some difficult hair style and she couldn't handle it. It was a simple medium fade. This guy just pissed me off to no end by calling me, so frustrating. I added photos and wish they did more justice of how uneven and messed up this haircut is...

SOOOO AMAZING!!!! Absolutely going here from now on this is the best hair I have ever had it’s even the color is amazing and it was the perfect experience. Best energy and environment, kind people.
