Watch out for these apartments they aren’t what they seem. The apartments are new but the walls are paper thin and things break quick. People moved in and moved out quickly. The manager Chrisy makes up new policies when she feels like it. She isn’t a great manager. The parking is very limited you have to pay for parking or your car will get towed. Apply at your own risk.

I love these apartments!! The leasing staff are very supportive and friendly. The staff is great! The location is great even if it's by a train track, you get used to it! I recommend anyone and EVERYONE to come live here! Shout out to Francescia for making me feel the most at home in a place that I don't have family :)

I wish I lived in Crowley. It was my second option, which I absolutely loved. The management team was so helpful with the application process. The process was so easy and so simple. Christy was a huge help and I highly recommend this apartment, due to the great management team. We really appreciate the Landmark and we hope this could be our future home if we decide we want to live closer to Crowley.

I think this is one of the best complexes in Crowley! I always take into consideration not only the area and price of course, but the staff and how they treat residents is most important! Treat others how you want to be treated. Gabby greets you with a smile each and every time you walk in. The whole staff makes you feel welcome. The space of these unit with the price is WORTH IT! ALSO be careful of false reviews I have seen first hand how if someone does not get their way, they will bash a place.

I was quite impressed with this apartment complex. It’s a bit pricy for my taste, however the quality and the aesthetics of the floor plans really give it justice, especially the pool! Big fan. I bet the waitlist is a traffic jam. And lastly, I have to say, Ashley was quite the marvel with how she served my wife and I throughout our visit. Such professional maturity and exceptional communication skills. Really adds to the quality of this amazing complex. Great location and well-maintained!

Apartments are decent, they could take better care of the hallways and such. THE TRAIN IS CRAZY LOUD and comes by all day and night honking its horn right outside the window. Literally 20 yards away. Im shocked they could even build these apartments so close. I've lived in worse places, but take things into consideration before moving here! I'm glad we lived here when they were brand new, I could see things going downhill.

I have a family member that lives here and can’t wait for them to leave. Four cars have been stolen and nobody cares. The gates are still consistently left open, and the office staff seems to think that is okay. Do NOT move here!
