Our first visit. Everybody was lovely and helpful Nothing was too much trouble. We were given plenty of tips and advice ... with after sales support offered if we needed it. It was a genuinely excellent shopping experience .. thank you.

Decent variety and friendly staff. I’ve been living in Harlow for several years now. When moving into new home I immediately began garden projects, including several ponds - water features. Doing so I found myself shopping both online and at various garden centres picking up pond equipment here and there. I must say though - this centre is a specialist retailer stocking a decent array of pond equipment. I have returned several times specifically for the high quality and value for money on the pond plants they stock. There is a decent variety and where they are grown with care - you end up with well established plants for a decent price.

Good family run aquatics retailer. Nice setup and store, friendly staff who are genuinely interested and care about fish. Revisited here to see the new tropical fish set up. Really nice fish, average to below average pricing. The fish are housed well and really well looked after. Good selection of dry goods for both tropical and cold water fish. Very much worth a visit and plenty of parking.

The guys here know their stuff and we're very helpful and informative when I came in with a nitrite issue. They have given me detailed information and also been on the end on the phone when I needed them. Very helpful and I definitely won't be going anywhere else but to them in the future! Thank you guys! We popped in for some fish food and a look at the pond filter systems. We were having issues with our filter system as it wasn’t clearing our pond. So we got chatting to Steve and we were given so much advice. He took the time to work out how much water we had etc. Steve recommended a couple of systems and he explained why, as things have changed. Steve walked us through how the system worked, how to start it up and how to clean it. We were given time to think about the purchase and not pushed in any way. 10 days later OMG! We have a completely clear pond with some very happy goldfish. My partner is pleased as it’s so easy to clean the filters! I haven’t seen the bottom of our pond since we filled it up! Satisfaction? 10/10. Not only is it value for money, but a wealth of advice and able to ring anytime if we have problems. After care is also brilliant. We live in Kent and there is nowhere like Steve’s fish shop. So we are more than happy to travel 90 miles for the plants ,accessories and chat. Thank you.

Lovely family run place, always warm and welcoming. Always has everything you need for your pond or tanks, and very well priced too. These guys are always happy to help you and do take the time to catering to all customers needs. Couldn’t fault this little shop. Also the quality of the fish are amazing, never had any become ill or die, they have amazing growing rates and such beautiful patterns.

Since finding this shop when I moved to the area, I simply wont go anywhere else for my fish and aquarium supplies. A friendly, family run business, with excellent service and advice every time I need it. Second to none!

A really nice family run business, they encourage us to come back for check up on our pond and are always so helpful. High quality products and really great advice on next steps to grow our pond. They help us with water tests and love our pond almost as much as we do.

Was looking for a seller who was helpful and gave good advice. After going to various aquatic shops and feeling disappointed, I found Roydon Hamlet Water Garden really helpful, the tanks are clean and the fish healthy and they are always happy to discuss your tank and what’s good for your fish! Kieran always has time for you and he’s advice has been superb! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
