Awful
experience
here.
Came
in
to
get
my
hair
fixed
on
my
roots
after
speaking
multiple
times
to
staff
to
confirm
it
could
easily
be
sorted.
After
roots
being
covered
and
given
extra
highlights
on
top
I
then
left
with
bright
orange
roots
and
some
damage.
Emailed
to
ask
if
it
could
be
redone
as
I
was
unhappy
with
the
results
and
was
told
to
come
back
in.
After
looking
at
my
hair
and
saying
it
‘doesn’t
look
that
bad’
which
is
completely
untrue
as
it
did,
I
was
then
retreated.
Left
with
the
exact
same
BRIGHT
orange
roots
as
well
as
another
darker
colour
and
the
WORST
damage
to
my
hair
than
ever.
My
hair
has
never
been
in
such
bad
condition.
Unfortunately
I
had
holiday
the
day
after,
which
they
were
aware
of,
so
had
to
leave
in
the
condition
it
was.
After
constant
comments
from
people
about
how
awful
it
looked
and
felt
and
from
another
hairdressers
advice
i
then
went
to
another
salon
to
get
my
hair
treated
again.
They
told
me
the
mistake
and
that
the
condition
is
now
so
long
term
damaged
I
would
have
to
stay
away
from
straighteners
and
highlighting
for
a
good
while.
I
have
had
to
pay
extra
to
get
my
hair
re
fixed
and
for
olaplex
to
try
to
help
with
the
damage.
I
have
contacted
the
salon
by
email
TWICE
asking
for
a
refund
for
this
and
been
ignored
both
times.
Communcation
is
absolutely
appalling
for
a
salon.
There
were
three
members
of
staff
in
that
day
and
they
either
didn’t
notice
how
bad
it
looked
which
I
think
for
a
hairdresser
doesn’t
make
any
sense,
or
noticed
it
looked
terrible
and
still
were
happy
to
let
me
leave
with
it
that
way.
I
suffered
from
severe
low
confidence
with
everybody
noticing
the
effects
and
colour
of
my
hair.
I
have
many
pictures
showing
how
bad
it
was.
If
a
hair
problem
couldn’t
be
fixed
then
I
should
have
been
told
it
could
have
at
the
time.
The
fact
emails
were
then
ignored
too
just
shows
how
unfazed
staff
seem
to
be
by
clients
feelings.
Unfair
I
paid
for
a
service
that
was
done
so
badly
that
I
had
to
go
elsewhere
and
have
to
pay
extra
for
such
long
term
damage.
