I truly cannot recommend Affinity Jewellers enough! My engagement ring was a very unusual shape as can be seen in the photos and I was so worried about finding a wedding ring to fit. I’d already tried a few places but they were so expensive. When I found Affinity I thought it was too good to be true! The people were so friendly and spent so much time getting the design perfect. I loved that they sent out a resin mould of what it would look like so you could get an idea before deciding to get it made. I was also so impressed with how reasonable the price was and how they really helped me to make sure I got the ring I loved and within my budget. It turned up so beautifully wrapped and I am so excited to get married so I can wear it. It looks perfect against my engagement ring. I will certainly be going back to have other custom items made!

Service 5 stars, quality 5 stars. I would give more stars if I could. Every step of the process was brilliant. Andy was amazing, kept me up to date with everything and my small tweaks to the original design were added with no issues. My ring is beautiful and fits my engagement ring perfectly. I would 100% recommend and will absolutely be using them again.

I received fantastic customer service from my first contact with Affinity all the way through. The casting kit arrived really quickly and my first designs came through within days. Andy couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly and altered my design perfectly to the idea I had in mind. The service from start to finish was impeccable and the finished ring is everything I expected it to be. I had a great experience with Affinity, from start to finish. They designed a beautiful wedding band to fit a weirdly shaped engagement ring, everyone I dealt with was polite and accommodating and the end result is beautiful. I highly recommend them and feel very well looked after.

Amazing ring and fantastic communication from start to finish. I had a bespoke wedding ring made to perfectly fit round my engagement ring. Once designed they sent out a resin sample for me to try and see how it fit and looked with my ring. Fabulous!
