I've been going here for 10 years and absolutely love how Linella looks after my mixed race curly hair for all this time. She really has been on a journey with me as I've learned to embrace my curls more and understand what they need in order to grow to the length I want. She finger coils my hair to style, only brushes when wet and gives me the exact cut I'm looking for. Highly recommend any fellow curly girls to go visit Linella at John Fraser Jenkins

Went to go get my hair cut yesterday it looks awesome 😊😁😀 Olivia is a awesome hair stylist, their hot chocolate there is so creamy and chocolately. All the stylists there are so kind and helpful plus their rosemary and mint shampoo really makes my hair super shiny.

I booked an appointment for my daughter online after the reading the good reviews. She had to get 2 buses to get there for her appointment at 9.00am and was called at 8.50am to be told that her stylist's train had been cancelled and could she come in at 11.15am. As she is only 17 and this was her first time getting her hair cut on her own she agreed even though she was only 5 minutes away. I think it is very unprofessional to give someone 10 minutes notice to move an appointment and not even offer for another stylist to do it. Her stylist didn't even apologise personally. Very disappointed.

One of the best hairdressers i've been too. All the staff were lovely and I was so pleased with the results. Amy was amazing and my highlights are fab. The cut and blowdry were also stunning. Thanks so much! I have finally found a hairdressers that i can trust!

Best hairdressers I've been to. I was recommended by a friend and Danniella is amazing. Spent loads of time and attention on me and treated me as an individual. All staff seemed very friendly. Lovely Calm relaxing atmosphere.Excellent facilities.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience with this salon. It was my first appointment for a cut and colour in the busy pre-Christmas period. Unfortunately the senior colourist was unwell that day so I had to be rebooked with a more junior stylist. Obviously that cannot be helped and I was happy to be shoehorned in as it was just before Christmas. Unfortunately there was no time for my cut so I only got the colour. I just have a brown permanent all over to cover greys and my natural hair is dark brown. I warned the stylist that it likes to go orange and please do whatever it takes so it’s not orange. Cut a long story short it was patchy coppery and almost black. No time for a blow dry so I got a ‘blast dry’. Not sure if the girl usually works on reception or something but it was as if she’d never touched hair before, I wanted to grab the hairdryer off her and do it myself! So disappointed as I used to be a customer at the Aveda in Wimbledon which is actually quite good!

Love the staff and really like Dani and Bea . They do an amazing job .However they really need to sort out the water situation . Having your hair washed with boiled kettles of water is not ideal . The girl who washed my hair did an amazing job in very difficult circumstances .

Had an absolute terrible experience. I had my roots done there a few times and decided to get an all over colour. I discussed with the hairdresser (Bea) and showed her reference photos. The colour I requested was a warm copper. I left with a purple black. They also didn’t charge me the normal fees, apparently they weighed the colour used and charged me extra without telling me at any point this would be the way they would calculate the price. My hair looks terrible and the black will take ages to correct by a different hair dresser as I will never return. I complained but they basically just brushed my complaints off. Avoid at all costs. There’s plenty of hair dressers in the area and this one is the worst.

Top notch personalised and super friendly service. I had colour, blow dry, eyebrow shape and tint and manicure left feeling properly pampered! Excellent hair washing (and I normally don’t like that bit) highly recommend.

A new salon for me & I class myself as a tricky customer! I feel amazing thanks to the wonderful Bea - Pure Colour Master - who just got me & knew what I wanted to achieve 🤩 The whole salon experience was far superior than anywhere I have been. Next appointment already booked… 🙌
