Not
a
good
experience
with
the
surgery
over
the
last
year,
spoke
with
a
female
doctor
over
the
phone
(not
allowed
a
face
to
face
appointment
even
post
covid)
who
said
the
only
options
for
dealing
with
issues
of
my
monthly
cycle
were
either
go
on
the
contraceptive
pill
or
take
anti
depressants
(clearly
medical
training,
or
at
least
the
training
she
had
hasn’t
progressed
at
all
in
the
last
30
years;
and
hearing
this
from
a
women
was
particularly
disappointing)
they
did
not
offer
any
further
investigation
or
referral
even
when
I
suggested
it.
Most
recently
there
has
been
a
minimum
of
30
minutes
hold
time
to
speak
to
a
receptionist,
once
through
their
policy
will
not
allow
you
to
make
a
phone
or
face
to
face
appointment
with
the
doctor
(even
when
it’s
about
blood
test
results
they
have
already
received).
All
the
receptionist
can
do
is
arrange
a
call
back
from
the
doctor
within
a
time
window
that
suits
them.
I
spent
two
separate
day
expecting
a
call
which
did
not
come.
I
received
text
messages
from
an
anonymous,
no
reply
contact
called
‘GP
Surgery’
saying
the
Doctor
had
tried
to
get
through
and
couldn't.
I
am
100%
sure
this
is
not
true,
or
at
the
very
least
they
are
having
problems
with
their
calling
system,
as
I
received
calls
to
my
phone
both
days
and
even
called
my
phone
from
another
phone
to
check
it
was
working.
Rather
than
wasting
another
few
hours
or
days
I
have
registered
with
a
different
NHS
surgery
and
already
have
an
appointment
indicating
that
the
service
is
dependant
on
the
management,
organisation
and
intention
of
each
individual
surgery.
