    Amanda is a great Personal Trainer and class teacher who has an incredible ability to adapt the exercises according to client's need and ability. I have attended Amanda's gym's class for over a year and I find her knowledge and variety of classes and exercises second to none. Since quarantine I have been having online training sessions with Amanda and have loved every second of it. IF you want to get in shape whilst learning about your body and about how each type of exercise works, give Amanda a try! Highly recommended!

    I really enjoyed the sessions with Amanda! She is a great teacher! Very patient, professional, positive and encouraging! I can see my body a very nice change after several sessions with her! Definitely recommend👍🏻

    On Amanda's Swiss Spring Yoga Retreat I enjoyed this opportunity to relax, be around likeminded and lovely people, enjoy nature and really getting into yoga more. Arriving at the chalet at night was magical! A few of the yoga sessions I really felt like I got more in touch with my body like I haven't before! Amanda gave us clear information on where to go and the retreat was definitely good value. I would recommend it.

    I would have no hesitation in recommending yoga on the Heath with Amanda. I booked the session a few weeks ago after seeing it online - I haven’t practiced yoga for over a decade but this was not a problem at all. Amanda was very welcoming and spoke to each participate individually to assess their goals and objectives. I thoroughly enjoyed the session in the open air and it felt great to revisit those yoga postures again and stretch with the breeze and sun on my skin. This is an activity you can do with friends or just as happily on your own as Amanda creates a warm atmosphere. I really enjoyed the swim afterwards too but the water is getting a little cooler.

    What an experience! Amanda is such a wonderful yoga teacher and has put together an incredibly special event bringing together yoga, swimming and picnicking in the stunning Hempstead heath. Highly recommend and it’s 100% an event you can come to alone, it’s a really lovely way of connecting with likeminded people in London. Looking forward to experiencing some of Amanda’s other events - big fan!

    Amanda is absolutely amazing! Not enough good words to describe her and her expertise! Our company hired her to present at a virtual event recently and she very engaging, knowledgeable, and personable with her presentation. She not only is an outstanding personal trainer, yoga master, and health coach, but a truly sincere individual. Don't go any further.. book a session with her!

    Amanda provided an amazing online mini-retreat - although it was a shame we couldn't practice together in person, Amanda provided lots of tips and guidance on how to create a restorative space for ourselves at home, and led us through the practice with such a gentleness and ease, it felt like we were together! I loved the mixture of breathing, meditation and asanas to aid letting go and setting intentions. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for us Amanda!

    Yoga and meditation with Amanda was peaceful, calming, and yet challenging. We stretched, our bodies hearts and minds and it was such a good feeling connecting back to my body. I can't wait for the next one!
