Came in today with my phone that had been cut off due to me missing a bill, the people In store had no idea of the horrible day I had yesterday, i had a serve depression dip and my car broke down, my anxiety was playing up today and the people in store were so cheerful, helpful and friendly that they completely turned my day around today! Absolutely amazing staff, super friendly and easy to talk to, they helped me out so effectively and focused completely on my problem until it was fix (my services had been restored same day)

I had an issue with my Sim card not working. I had some fantastic help from Walter from the 3 Store Eastleigh who bent over backwards to sort the issues out. His friendliness of service and above all patience in sorting out the problem was gratefully appreciated. highly recommend him & this store

The three store workers in Eastleigh were very helpful. I went in the afternoon on Tuesday 01/08/23. The assistant manager and his colleague (can't remember his name) both talked us through a number of options for our upgrade. When the total monthly cost was a bit higher than I wished to pay. They then directed us toward trade in our old handsets. This allowed us to reduce our monthly cost by putting some of the value of the phone to the new phone, with the remainder being returned as either store credit or back into my bank. We wouldn't have considered this if we upgraded on the app. They were both proactive, very patient (took an hour and a half including data transfer to new device), charming and overall made the experience easy and seem to go faster. The smaller gentleman was able to keep us engaged in conversation over this entire time. They even offered to stay after closing hours as the data transfer was taking some time and we were approaching 17.30. I would definitely go back to this store specifically mainly because of these two. Hands down the best customer service I've received. My only annoyance is that I can't remember their two names to specifically name drop them for this review. If the store read this review feel free to respond with their names so I know who personally Im thanking.

Walter and Augustin were absolutely fantastic helping me with a problem I had. I'm not very technical and they explained everything with great patience and politeness. Thoroughly recommend this shop.

Superb service from the staff, especially Walter who was excellent at setting up the accounts and subsequently assisting with other matters. What a great change from the companies who won't give you the time of day after a contract is signed. And the 4G+ box is super fast.
