Don’t order anything online from B&Q they allow other companies to use there name to sell there products a company called special occasions they take your money and don’t send the product then lie and say they sent a refund I’m still chasing it a month later no product or refund yet total scammers

The delivery guy is excellent around the Haverhill area. Best ever. Others in the past have been very poor and refused to enter our farmhouse hard standing drive way. But my one disappointment is this company only puts square meter coverage for its bulk bags not volume or weight For example, it’s type 1 MOT bulk bags advertise It says it covers 13.5m area. However, that would only be to a depth of 2.5cm. The bags i got this week were 0.8m x 0.7m x 0.53m deep. So that is 0.3 cubic metres volume. Quite small.

I wanted to replace a water butt, found exactly what I needed, and a very helpful sales assistant, proceeded to the checkout where another very helpful assistant showed me how to self scan. Came home and fitted it. Very successful, so I repeated the process at Devizes store two days later.

Our go to hardware store. Friendly staff and great product range. Houseplants are overpriced, but the outdoor plants are reasonable

B&Q used to be a better experience, the self service tills are just not convenient with some of the stuff you buy. Not going to use Wickes but amongst people I know we avoid these tills at B&Q or just go more local.
