Jigsaw Osteopathy Arjun is the best, i am grateful he is local. I had a few sessions in the past and recently come back for more sessions to help treat shoulder pain, back pain and ankle sprain. Arjun is very good at his job and i immediately felt better from the first session. I will be back for further sessions. I really do not know where to begin with Arjun. From the moment I met him I honestly believe he changed my life for the better. For many years I have struggled with back pain and was wasting ridiculous amounts of money on temporary solutions. Since starting my treatments with Arj, he has not only identified the problem, he has also managed to find solutions that work best for me. Despite everything that is going on, Arj’s practice is 100% clean every time I visit and he also works with the latest PPE. Arjun’s customer service is phenomenal and overall he just has the most amazing vibe. I am really glad I have met Arj and would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I have been getting treated by Arjun Mehra (Arj) for almost a year now and he has honestly changed my life for the better. I used to be in constant pain and have really bad posture due to knee and back pain. I went to see Arjun with knee-pain and upper back-pain. Through his treatments and exercise my knee is stronger and my posture has seen a tonne of improvement. Arjun has always been amazing at listening and really understanding what it is that's bothering me and causing pain. We then use a variety of treatment such as massage, massage gun and most recently acupuncture. Arjun has made me feel extremely comfortable during the acupuncture my stress levels have decreased since starting it.

I came to see jigsaw osteopathy after injuring my knee, Arjun was very welcoming and thorough when asking the questions. After hearing what happened he done an assessment talking me through everything, he then done the treatment and kept me informed of everything that was happening. I would recommend Arjan to anyone, hands down. He has been treating me for so many years after a recovering back issue which left me in bed bound a few years ago. He has seen 3 generations of my family and will not go anywhere else. I feel so much better, more mobile & cannot believe the difference between regular treatments from Arjan has had on my life. Pain that has been there for many years has completely gone due to injuries! Until my next episode of issues. Brilliant Arjun is a professional, humble and kind person with big smile, very polite and a brilliant osteopath. I had slipped disc problem and had pain in my lower back , with his treatment and exercises my back is back in shape and the pain is gone , in scale of 0 to 10 I would say it is between 1&2 after a few hours hard work. I went to Arjun on the 1st of March, I couldn’t even walk or bend over. We spoke a lot about the process more than actually finding a quick fix. By my 5th session I was back to bending and walking, back in the gym and back to living a normal life. I’ve had issues with my lower back for the best part of 10 years, and with Arjun’s methods and approach I wouldn’t be where I am today. An absolute pro and quite possibly the most positive, kind hearted individual I’ve ever met. He reassures you and is with your every step of the way. He’s got great energy and his work ethic and the love for his profession is second to none. Remember, it’s not a quick fix. It’s a process and it’s all about team work. I had never been to an osteopath before, but when I met with Arjun, he immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I was having lower back pain for which he carried out a thorough consultation, gave me some treatment and exercises to do at home. I felt better after just one session and would go back to him again. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend. I had really bad lower back pain to the point where I could hardly move. Arjun was brilliant, very professional. If it wasn't for the outstanding work that Arjun does as an osteopath then I would still be in serious pain to this day, I have had no pain at all since going to see him.
