I have been buying my coffee from Nick and Co for over the last 2 years and can say that I don't have a bad word to say about him and his team! Friendly and incredibly knowledgeable... Whatever you like from strong flavorful espresso to a more smooth French press they have a bean or blend for it all and are happy to discuss your brewing method and what they would recommend. Very competative prices which will normally work out cheaper than the usual online providers and I like the feel good factor from buying locally. I really can't speak highly enough of them and would strongly recommend The House Of Coffee.

I love everything about The House of Coffee. The shop, the service, the feeling of stepping back in time when you walk in, and of course the coffee itself!! Best coffee out there and makes Costa, Starbucks, Cafe Nero pale in comparison. So not to confuse HoC isn't a café but I'm taking about the coffee quality itself and how much better it is!! So invest in a proper expresso machine for home and save £££ by making your own 😊

Fantastic! I’ve now been buying coffee beans from the house of coffee for around 6 months. This being the first review I have ever written, it’s safe to say I am highly impressed by the product and customer service received by this wonderful company. I placed my latest order 5 days ago to arrive 2nd class a couple of days later. After not receiving my order the day after it was due, which was the first time I had experienced this, I contacted the house of coffee to query my purchase. I was greeted with a very helpful and apologetic member of staff who told me ‘Mr Kenyon, if your order hasn’t arrived tomorrow we will ship you another first class with some additional beans free of charge’. Great. A couple of days went by and I still hadn’t received my fix of this superb product, which others on the market I find very hard to compare. Getting in touch with the shop again, true to their word, they promised a delivery would be made again first class free of charge. The following day, a Saturday afternoon, a man pulled up on a motorbike with my delivery. It was a member of staff from the house of coffee who had specially delivered my order as no first class was available. Such great customer service and brilliant coffee. Highly recommend.

Excellent place! Whether your a member of the public or a coffee shop owner, if you love coffee you need to visit. They roast their own beans and have an enormous range. Fascinating inside and the owner is so helpful.

The lady was extremely rude. They were late opening which I can forgive because these things happen but being spoken to like a piece of trash is unacceptable. I was there as a consumer and not visiting to appease a rude member of staff.

The House of Coffee is a little gem. The selection of coffee and tea is second to none. The staff are passionate and highly knowledgeable about their products. They now know what our taste in coffee is and can recommend particular blends or single estate coffees to us. I would far rather buy my coffee there than anywhere else.

Used to get all my coffee beans from smiths coffee then I stumbled apon this place. Am I glad I did great selection of beans. Everyone I have felt with while purchasing coffee are very knowledgeable and friendly. A must for anyone who loves coffee.

Having orderd around 3kg of coffee. I am very impressed with the communication recieved from the House of Coffee. Due to the ongoing issues, the orders came in smaller bags, but this has given me a chance to try more of the different blends, and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them so far. If you want great quality coffee, thats properly roasted, then this is a great option.
