    I joined Gas Station in the beginning of November 2022 after having had a year membership in a gym and not finding the time or the motivation to go. The atmosphere at Gas Station is so lovely and the couches are so helpful and positive! I love that the classes are always different! My PT sessions with Meg are also super helpful. She always motivates me to do more. Meg and the other coaches are always making sure that my technique is right. I feel that I have support from the whole team! Looking forward to see my progress in 2023

    My wedding is in 2 month and was feeling unhealthy and wanted to get fit and lose weight. I signed up for the nutrition program and personal training. Meg my personal trainer and nutritionist has catered around me and my fitness levels to achieve my goals!

    Gas Station Fitness takes fitness to another level! Since joining, I have see massive improvements physically and mentally! The coaches as strict but nice and the members are very welcoming! Everyday there is a different challenge that would push you to your limits you never thought you’d had which would give you a sense of accomplishment that you had a productive workout. The most difficult part of the workout is putting the weights away after the workout 😉 but we’ve gotta look after the gym. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is seriously looking to make a massive change in their fitness!

    Fabulous gym! All the coaches are excellent and have given me great confidence as a newcomer to CrossFit. Everyone attending the classes are so friendly, meaning it is a fun atmosphere you can challenge yourself in. Highly recommend!

    I joined GSF back at the start of this year having not been in a crossfit gym in a year and I can honestly say joining has been the best decision I have made! Every one of the coaches is so lovely and really takes the time and effort to make sure that you are always getting the most out of the workouts! They also check in with you regularly to see how you are doing and offer advice on everything from your technique, recovery and nutrition. The atmosphere at GSF is so much fun and I have felt so welcomed by everyone from the moment I joined! My only wish is that I signed up sooner! :)

    Gas Station Fitness is the place for you if you’re looking for a supportive, fun environment with the most knowledgeable coaches in the industry. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, or a more experienced athlete wanting to get to the next level - Gas Station has you covered! I’ve been a member for over a year and love the atmosphere, variation of workouts and mostly - the people around me. It’s a gym like no other. Give it a go!

    Joined this place almost 3 yrs back after a long time going to commercial gyms, and never looked back. Learnt a lot since then in both fitness and nutrition area. Able to do some gymnastics moves which I never thought I would ever be able to do. Looks forward to the class everyday and it’s an hour which I cherish the most in a day. Coaches are very knowledgeable gives full support and guidance. Fellow members are very welcoming as well. Worth the money!!

    Shout out to Meg Marais for her help with my nutrition and wellbeing. She was always on hand to answer questions and give advice and didn't just hand out a meal plan to follow. Her expert knowledge allowed me to create permanent healthy habits and to enjoy food whilst fuelling my performance at the gym and creating my desired aesthetic. Months on from starting my nutrition journey with Meg, I can confidently say her help and support has been truly lifechanging.

    I’ve been doing 1-1 Nutrition coaching with Meg for 3 months and it’s helped me massively. I am now able to train more regularly, train harder with more energy and have a game plan when it comes to nutrition. I’m eating better balanced food in good volume and at the right time. Meg’s coaching has given me a much better outlook on how important nutrition is and has helped me form healthy habits that I will stick with through my CrossFit journey. I highly recommend!!

    Alongside the gym, which I absolutely love (and have reviewed separately) I have been doing 1:1 nutrition coaching with Meg at GSF for the past few months. I love the fact we use In Body scans to measure progress alongside traditional weigh-ins and measurements as you get a much truer picture of what is changing in your body. This is of course, only part of the coaching. Meg's knowledge of all things nutrition, how to eat and lose weight without restriction (which I know now after so many failed diets does not work!) is second to none. After over 20 years of yo-yo dieting, with Meg's undivided attention and encouragement, I am retraining my brain on what to eat to achieve the weight loss goals I have. It's not an easy process sometimes, just because of what I have 'traditionally' thought I needed to do to lose weight, or stigmas around what's 'good' and 'bad' foods. She has the tools to help, answers my endless questions and brings clarity to dilemmas I may have around my nutrition - such as what to eat when eating out! I also love the fact that Meg is very inclusive of how hormones play a huge part in our nutrition and rather than brush it aside, will take the time to explain how this could impact our weight and overall well-being. We check in with each other everyday. I share what I've eaten and she has the whole picture of my lifestyle. Our weekly calls or in person meet ups are one of the highlights of my week and I'm more than pleased to see, and say, that all my aspirations for losing weight, getting healthier and stronger are coming to fruition. But for now, the journey continues! :)

    Gas Station Fitness and Nutrition is a real gem. Meg gave me valuable 1:1 nutrition coaching tips on how to build healthy habits and combat stress eating which have really helped. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to the sessions as much as I do - almost don’t want to recommend it in case it gets too busy!! I honestly can’t praise this gym and coaching team enough for both the nutrition and fitness programmes. Just goes to prove you’re never too old to start getting healthy again

    Nutrition Coaching at Gas Station has really taught me what foods I need to eat at this time in my life. Meg is sooooo lovely and helpful and knowledgeable. She makes you feel amazing and never guilty if you don’t quite follow your plan. Always spins things to the positive. She is amazing. Highly recommend. If you can get in one of her mobility courses do it - so good 😊

    Great coaching and a very positive atmosphere. Moved to Gas Station after a previous gym closed. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to further their fitness and be amongst positive coaches and participants who’ll help you through the classes.

    Joining GSF has been the BEST decision EVER, I don't believe in coincidences and truly believe that everyone comes into your life for a reason, season or lifetime and I can honestly say that I hope with GSF it will be for a LIFETIME!!! The main reason that I joined was so that I could get as fit as possible before going on a trip to the Lake District in July, and wanted to be able to keep up with the lovely group of people that I am going with as we will all be doing LOTS of walking. From the moment that I walked in I felt at "home", in a relatively short amount of time I am feeling stronger, motivated and look forward to my PT sessions and surprisingly have arrived on some occasions half an hour earlier!! Everyone is so welcoming, Valentina and Meg has been the most AMAZING PT's who are professional, drive and push you in the nicest way possible to help you reach the desired outcome that you are looking to achieve!! I have been a member of a few different gyms, and I can honestly say that this is by far the BEST!!! David said "all we need to do is get ourselves to GSF and they will take care of the rest" and that's exactly what they do!! They are RESULTS Driven, and it is such a blessing to know David, Barry, Frosty, Valentina, Meg and all the AMAZING members that I have met so far making the experience even more enjoyable!!! THANK YOU to everyone for all your support, encouragement, looking to the transformation that lies ahead!!!     Did a drop-in workout at Gas Station Slough. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Coach James was attentive and motivating and provided a really fun and challenging workout. This will be my place to go whenever I am in the area.

    I have been attending GasStation Fitness and Nutrition for just over a month so far it has really changed my life. All the staff are friendly, helpful and patient. I have learnt so much about nutrition that I didn’t know before, why don’t they teach this in schools? I have completely changed the way I eat and how I think about food and it’s all really enjoyable and becomes easy. I really like the in and out aspect of the classes, you turn up on time, do your class or PT session for an hour, then you go home, meaning it’s much easier to fit it into your busy regime making it easy to have home/work/gym in your life. I was attending the gym 3/4 times a week somewhere else. When I joined GasStation I now train 5 times a week and didn’t even notice the increase, much easier to fit into my day than it used to be. My fitness has really increased, I’ve gained in confidence, I’ve done things I never thought I’d be able to do. The thing about fitness is that you never have to be ‘good enough’ because it’s just anatomy, physiology and science so put in the work and you WILL see results no matter who you are in personality or morals! My personal trainer Richard has been great with me from the start, patient but also pushes you in the right way to get the results you want. The amount of effort the coaching team put in to helping you makes you put the effort into helping yourself too. They want to see you succeed as well. It’s only been a month but I have already seen such amazing results, my InBody Score has improved already and I am really hopeful that this will be achievable and sustainable in the long term, one thing you can’t undo is knowledge and if you’ve learnt something new you won’t forget it. I really am well on the way to transforming my life. This is the best thing I could have done for my current and future health. Health is Wealth!

    Great place to workout! If you want to be tested and bored of the gym routine this is the place to be. Quality coaches who work with you through all the movements & each exercise can be adjusted depending on what level you are. Highly recommended

    I joined Gas Station Fitness with the hope of falling in love with the gym again after growing tired of the same old gym experience! And that’s exactly what I’ve done- I’m learning new skills, hitting PB’s and enjoying every second of it. The community at Gas Station is also everything I could wish for, with constant support from coaches and the other members. Honestly couldn’t recommend Gas Station Fitness enough⭐️

    GSF is brilliant! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to join a professional gym, where you can learn from a fantastic team of expert coaches and take your fitness to the next level, be part of a great community where they really welcome and look after you, and become a stronger person inside and out! I was getting bored of going to a standard gym and not really seeing any results. I'd get tired of having to wait for a machine to be free and the atmosphere was terrible. Which was when it was recommended I join Gas Station Fitness and it is genuinely the best decision I've ever made. The coaches are knowledgeable, they guide and explain every movement as you go through your workout so you always know what you're doing, and if there are any movements you can't do, they'll always scale it to suit your needs. I feel much more confident in my technique for me to safely build up some weight when lifting! And at times, there's elements of friendly competition which makes your workout so much more fun. The gym is spotless, has a great atmosphere with such a fun community where you can make some really great friends. With regular check-ins, I've seen such an improvement in my body shape, strength and stamina, which were my main goals I wanted to achieve and now I just need to keep on going! The workouts are physically and mentally challenging enough but the coaches and other members are brilliant at keeping you/each other motivated throughout. Once you join, you won't want to look back!

    I have recently started with Gas Fitness Slough doing semi private PT lessons and it has been a very pleasant journey. All the coaches that I have dealt with have been super welcoming. I was a bit hesitant as I’ve never had a PT lesson before and they can seem quite daunting, but it is one of the best decisions I’ve made.

    The community is what makes this place special, from the owner and coaches right through to the people that are doing their first session. Everyone is so welcoming, and very supportive. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get healthier or improve their life.

😠 I have been going to this Gym for a Year. It is so poorly managed. Toilets constantly blocked Filthy and smelly shower Gym just stinks Overbooked classes I’m just posting few pictures here of changing room. Time to change the Gym.

😐 3 stars due to equipment (although accessories very worn and sometimes nowhere to be seen) Other than that the gym is pretty poor in terms of hygiene, the place stinks on a daily basis, half of the disinfectant spray bottles don’t even work and finding tissue can be hard, men’s changing rooms stink...
