10 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!! This place, is an utter and absolute gem, just next to the Epsom train station!!! Fantastic, freshly ground coffee (including amazing iced coffee such as iced latte and cold brew), tasty artisan pastries (such as the red velvet croissant!!), absolutely beautiful environment with unique paintings created by the owners, with an interior playground and the most friendly and caring owners and staff! They will take the time to talk to you and make you feel welcome, while enjoying a super tasty coffee!!! Totally recommend this place! It is a must!!

Always love having a coffee and some lunch at Senzo. Very welcoming place and beats all the chain coffee shops around town hands down.

What a great find! One of the best coffees not only locally but in London I’d say. Perfectly prepared. Really friendly staff and AJ is so knowledgeable about everything that goes into the preparation and serving of a perfect coffee. We even got to try one of the new coffee beans that he will be offering from Vietnam - so delicious. Will be recommending for sure.

Had the Red Velvet Croissant and it was the BEST croissant I've ever had! And splendid coffee! Will definitely we returning soon!

The only reason this is getting a 2 star is because the coffee is good and some of the female staff are nice. The male staff (owner?) is rude, arrogant and unpleasant. He upset me so much and on several occasions, so I go elsewhere to get my coffee now, even though I like the coffee here. For example, he chooses to sell via delivery apps then if he sees a customer in store who ordered via one of the apps, has an angry rant at them saying how annoyed he was to have to send them stuff and pay delivery company's service fees, and the customer should not be so lazy and drive in and buy in store themselves. How bizarre...I mean surely some business is better than no business? And customers pay an increased amount on the apps and pay fees too? Ungrateful, especially when spending over £15 on coffee and croissants. He also has a go at customers who ask to get stamps on their Senzo loyalty cards, as if they are being greedy. Why offer either of these things (delivery or loyalty cards) then behave this way when people use them? I think he loses his temper easily can't hide it very well, which is not something you want to be at the receiving end of when giving a place your custom. What he doesn't seem to get is that people can go elsewhere. He boasts a lot about how great his coffee is, and tries to make you feel like you should be so lucky to drink it, but even great coffee isn't worth it for a horrible experience and bad memories.

Really delicious coffee - I've been going here to get my coffee every day that I commute into the office up until now, and it was refreshing to have an independent coffee shop not rip you off with over inflated prices for a cup of coffee. However, over the past couple of weeks, prices for a large latte have rocketed up from £2.80 to £3.30. Unfortunately anything above £3 for a latte on the go for me is greed, so won't be coming each time I go to the station now - just as the occasional treat... Which is a shame, as the coffee is great

I've been working in Epsom for 6 years, stumbled upon this place by chance and I'm annoyed at myself for not having discovered it sooner. Great service and even greater coffee. Had my first drink last Saturday; it's Wednesday now and I'm still thinking about that cup of coffee. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

My two granddaughters had their baby shower here and the staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us. The coffee shop is a little gem of a place. Great coffee and food. They even have a soft play area at the rear of the shop. Just perfect, thank you so much. I highly recommend this hidden little gem of a coffee shop.

A true asset to the community and perhaps the best coffee within a 10 miles radius! The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend

Lovely stylish and clean. Great selection of freshly made foods and the coffee is excellent. You can just tell the difference when it’s someone’s livelihood.

We've been here countless times - it's the best coffee in Epsom! The service is always really friendly and they really take the time to give you recommendations and chat to you. They also have a reward scheme; after 8 coffees you get a free sweet treat AND a coffee! Me and my partner love this place and also special shout out to the barista with dreads (we will get your name next time!!) she makes the best coffee and always draws cute pictures on the reward card 😀

Couldn't love this place any more than I do! When the customer service is this consistently good (and has been since they first opened), I'm usually suspicious of the product and what they might be masking but this place genuinely has it all in spades. The loveliest of people and the best coffee, food and recommendations!

By a country mile the best quality coffee in the area and way, way beyond! Service is fantastic and I would go as far to say that if you love coffee it is positively a sin to not try Senzo for yourself!

We took our 17 month old granddaughter here today. You must spend a minimum of £7 on drinks / food which is reasonable. The coffees were delicious as was the pastry. The soft play area has a sort of ball pit including a mirror to make it look bigger. There is a sort of staircase leading up to a slide. My only criticism is I found the soft play area rather airless but our granddaughter loved it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Such a great little cafe with amazing coffee! ☕️🌟 Whilst visiting a family member in Epsom I came into Senzo on multiple occasions to work on my laptop! Coffee was amazing and WiFi was great to work online. The owner is so friendly and takes great care of his customers. The staff are great and even remembered my order when I returned. Will definitely return to Senzo when back in Epsom, what a little gem 🤎☕️

This coffee shops claims 'maybe the best latte in Epsom' . There is no maybe about it! Brilliant coffee, brilliant food and the croissants are brilliant too. This will be my new go to place for lunch and for coffee breaks. The menu is not extensive but there are plenty of variations on each dish and the quality is high. There is even a sit play area in the back but it is so well placed it is almost like two shops in one with the front for quiet ambient music with books available and the back for parents with kids. Some reviews ask why would anyone go to Costa next door and the only answer I can think of is it is faster at churning out a lower quality coffee. If I were a commuter I'd leave an extra 5 mins each day just to pop into Senzo!! 1st rate indeed.

By far the best coffee in Epsom. Friendly owner and very helpful staff. Lovely soft play area for the kids. Highly recommended. I have been a regular for over 5 years and cannot fault the place. The service is always top notch.

I love coffee. Really. And not just any coffee. Really the best coffee. It is a given that Senzo has the most beautifully crafted and delicious coffee and food. It really does. Nowhere comes close in Epsom. But Senzo also attracts the BEST people to work there. Fantastic souls who make the experience truly heartwarming. Ieva, Irini and ALL the Team. Thank you 🙏🏻 . ❤️

If you’re an AUSSIE or KIWI, or just someone who enjoys high quality coffee, SENZO is the ONLY cafe in Epsom that produces high quality coffee. The other cafes produce very low quality coffee made by amateurs. The team at SENZO are pros. From the quality of the bean, to the roast, to the grind and espresso and finally the temperature and quantity of milk. They are passionate about coffee. Avoid all other cafes in Epsom.

Senzo is the best coffee shop I have ever visited. We have become regulars every week and love the soft play for our little one. A lovely family business and we recommend anyone to go here if you are in Epsom. We recently held our son 1st birthday party at senzo and from start to finish the team were fantastic. The service and food was amazing and they helped make the day so special for us. Our friends and family still talk about how amazing the food and drinks were at the party. We are so grateful to have found senzo and really happy to have held our son birthday here.

The best coffee shop I've ever visited (and I've been to a lot). From the service, to the offerings, to the amazing and friendly staff, to the actual coffee itself, it's a 10/10 all round! Can't highly recommend enough!

Visiting Epsom for an appointment and wanted a decent coffee. Dropped by and had a great chat with the owner, AJ. Definitely knows his stuff and was very friendly. Coffee was absolutely top notch and I would definitely come back again. Keep small businesses going!

One of the best places to get a good cup of coffee. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Genuine people. Little hidden soft play is a treat too when I go with the children and need to finish up some work.

SENZO know what are they doing. Owner and staff are approachable, friendly, attentive. Owner knows people and knows good coffee. They are bound together. Owner is in most days and works on the floor, he keeps it very honest. Great set up.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! This is THE greatest coffee shop and cafe with utterly delicious food. I’ve traveled all the World and this is the best place for coffee and related!! The owner Asim and his amazing team have got such an eye for detail. It’s simply the best. This place is good for the Soul. One request… PLEASE go here and not to a chain. This is independent local business at its finest!! Tim.

A perfect place. Lovely staff, great coffee and food. There is a Costa right next door and I shake my head when I see people go in there. So near, and yet so far from coffee heaven!

The most gorgeous coffee, I used to be a barista myself and it was one of the most beautiful cappuccinos I have ever had🤩 the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was next to nothing also, couldn’t recommend more!

I had a gingerbread latte on the hottest day of the year, thanks to their 'can do' attitude. The girls behind the counter were awesome, and the music was very trippy. Comfy seats.

Been going to Senzo for 5 years. Fantastic coffee, excellent food and great variety. Most of all the staff are really welcoming and make you feel like part of the family as soon as walk through the door. Cannot recommend the place enough.

Senzo always has great coffee and when the kitchen is open some really really nice food. They have quite a nice variety on the menu. The staff are always really happy and helpful. But the only drawback is cleanliness, the place really needs a deep clean, especially the bathroom, back area of the cafe and the play area for kids. It's quite grimy in places and needs some paint and close attention.

Coffee was okay... I went for the guest roast and it didn’t exactly blew my mind away. Also tasted a little burnt. Maybe mine was a one off scenario... I’ll try again.
