Visited the store today upon reviews on here. Was not disappointed, yet more so best vape shop I’ve been in my 10+ years. The owner spent nearly 30mins explaining the right setup for my preference, and never felt rushed. His knowledge is to behold. Excellent prices and a very satisfied customer. The man (I believe his name is Gary) was extremely helpful and just a really nice guy and spent time showing multiple options to me, a service you don’t really get as good anywhere else I’ve been. He spent time explaining everything and was happy to answer all my questions. Also the prices are excellent, would recommend to everyone who wants great service, great products at a great price!

This is my local vape shop. When I first wanted to purchase my first non disposable vape. I was pleasantly surprised with how kind, well knowledgable and helpful Gary and the others members of staff are. Whenever I pop in to grab liquids all the members of staff are so so friendly and they always have what I want in stock, great vape shop and would highly recommend!

They are nice until you buy their things. I bought a vape what worket for 2 months only then I took back because I still have guarantee on it. They were so rude with me didn’t even help. They said my vape doesn’t work because I don’t smoke all day, what a ridiculous joke, am I allowed to work as well or just smoke my vape all day?! But it doesn’t work at all. They are horrible I will never go there again and I don’t recommend them to anyone..

First time vaper after trying to quit ciggies. Gary the owner took his time to educate my husband and i. He took time to listen to our separate desires and needs, and made recommendations based on what we said. He didn't want a quick sale, he wanted us to leave satisfied. Thanks Gary! You are amazing!!

The most comprehensive knowledge on both eliquid and hardware I have encountered. No hard sell, just really friendly staff genuinely wanting to help people stop smoking while providing an friend welcoming atmosphere. Oh and the shop design is amazing!

This shop is above and beyond anything I have experienced before. Beautifully presented. Anything you could possibly need but above all the staff were second to none. Totally catered for my needs and found me a product I absolutely love. What’s was really nice was not only where they friendly they obviously love what they do. Excellent, experienced and friendly service. Really satisfied with the new mods they sold me the other day. Vastly improved my vaping experience from the 3 Yr old model I'd been clinging to.

Very rude. My partner called in to ask a couple questions as he is new to vaping and the response he got was "I haven't got time to answer your questions becuase I have customers in the shop". Why pick up in the first place if you were not ready to serve us!! Very selfish and seems like they only care about the money!

Would highly recommend this shop. Everyone is lovely! They go above and beyond to help and the service is A class. They have superb product knowledge and answer any questions I have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks team :)
