Went for dinner with a friend. The food was delicious. I had the kofte for starter & sea bass for my main. The cocktails also went down nicely. Would go again!

On Saturday around 4:30pm, my friends and I sat at Rocksalt to have a girly catch-up and a bite to eat. It was my first time here but my friends had been several times before and always recommended. I must say it certainly lived up to expectations. Not only is the decor inside beautiful, the food is delicious and staff are lovely. They also have a fabulous wine selection. I would definitely come back here with family or my boyfriend. It’s an all rounder. A big special thank you to the owner who made us feel very welcome and took the time to speak to us.

Been here quite a few times now and have never been disappointed. Food is always delicious, tasty cocktails, staff are always welcoming and happy, there is always a really nice vibe. Lunch menu is very cheap for what you get. My favourite local restaurant!! Recommend this restaurant if you’re celebrating a birthday!

Great atmosphere, attentive and helpful staff. Food is mediocre - no frills and rather simple. I do believe they need to step up their cocktail game - traditional cocktails (such as margarita) were off, signature cocktails had way too much going on…

Great food, big portions and good cocktails. I had the Halloumi Croquettes to start and the Penna Marta pasta for mains. We also shared some nachos which were good too. The staff were all very friendly. We went on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was lively with music playing. There is also a garden outside which would be great during the summer. Would definitely come back here.

My girlfriend and I came in on a Monday night, with only an hour to go before closing. Despite being the only customers it would have been easy to turn us away. However, the staff were excellent and attentive! We felt the food excellent and we will definitely be coming back! 5/5 stars!

Stunning food, cocktails, service and drinks. It gets busy. If you don't like crowds, go early. The staff were amazing, so knowledgeable about the food and wine and its provenance.

A fusion restaurant catering to all tastes and flavours. Definitely a place worth indulging especially on a Sunday with 30 percent off. The staff are well versed with their menu and recommendations. Aptly priced, portions are adequate and appealing presentation. There are lots to try so I will be back in due course. The atmosphere was surprisingly quiet which is nothing to complain about but the decor is slightly dull. Overall, a good food destination for epsom.

This is a wonderful independent restaurant in the centre of Epsom. We were visiting Epsom for The Derby and wanted somewhere to eat afterwards. Our friends booked in here because they had been before. The restaurant were incredibly accommodating and let us pull our reservation forward by half an hour at very short notice. We were welcomed warmly and offered a choice of several tables, opting for mine outside. We had a variety of starters, including Hummus, Bruschetta, Turkish Sausage in filo pastry and Basque Sausage with Hummus. They were all incredible. The Hummus was so good I got some to take away. Main courses were mixed grill, Penne Arrabiatta and Sea Bass..Again all delicious, and generous portions. Service was very attentive, we really got the impression that the owners and staff would do all they could to ensure we had a great meal and experience. Wine was great, and the loos were clean! Highly recommend. This really was a little jewel and a great example of why we should support our independent restaurants. We wish we lived nearby.

We had a really lovely experience. Food was very good and tasty (surf and turf and fajitas) the gentleman serving us couldn’t do enough and brought us complementary drinks which was a very nice touch! 5stars for the lychee martini too!

Sitting inside great atmosphere and ambience. However, we were sat by the door which had a cold draft hit all of us every time the door opened. The staff were quick and attentive, seeing us with coats still on and sat us elsewhere. Everyone done the festive menu £34.99 per person incl, starter, main, dessert (with an offer to switch dessert for a shot instead). Starters were very tasty and a good portion of food. The mains were reasonably priced with a generous portion and once again, very tasty food. The Wine list did not disappoint and had some excellent pairings with the dishes we had. Being the first of December, towards the end of the evening Christmas music was played which added to relaxed and festive atmosphere. We paid the bill and were given some shots from the dessert menu which I assume they gave due to the cold start. A great way to redeem themself and left us leaving the restaurant very satisfied and will be coming back.

Attended for the first time on Saturday for our girls Christmas night out.... it was a set menu which had a good choice of dishes and tasted really good! waitresses and staff were friendly, overall was a great night would defo recommend and look forward to going back!

The restaurant has good vibes, good music and very polite waiters. The starters are really tasty but the main meals lack seasoning and flavour.

Our first time at Rocksalt today and WOW it is a fantastic restaurant. The staff are extremely attentive, with nothing too much trouble. Onur and the team certainly put the customer front and centre. Then the food 🙌🙌🙌! Absolutely outstanding! Fresh, tasty, filling and moreish. We loved it so much that we have booked to return for their Christmas menu in December 8th which will be another treat with live entertainment! Cocktails and dinner with live entertainment....you will not be disappointed 👍👍😀😀🙌🙌

We went for our Christmas dinner. The interior and ambiance was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the food could be improved in texture and taste. - The mezze platter had a Feta cheese wrapped with filo pastry. It didn’t taste fresh. The falafel was very doughy. - The sea bass came with potato, asparagus, and salad. The potatoes were the best thing on the plate. Although the fish was flavourful, but it was a bit chewy.

Had a really delicious meal here. You can tell all ingredients are of high quality and the dishes were so tasty! One of my top fave restaurants in Epsom!

Our favourite restaurant in Epsom Town !! Lovely atmosphere every time...food delicious, something for everyone....same with the drinks, nice choice of wines, cocktails...teas, coffee. Staff friendly and helpful...the manager Onur always there with a smile if any issues or queries. Perfect restaurant for all the different occasions we have been there. Outside area is amazing we love it, a real oasis, plenty of seating and space, nice to sit out there all year round, especially in the evening with the lighting. Totally recommend. Well done Onur you have an amazing restaurant.

We had an amazing meal here after our engagement, the food was delicious and drinks were fab. Our waiter was called John and he was lovely, brilliant service and such a nice guy! Highly recommend this place we will be returning!

Really friendly. We went for a bite to eat. Nothing hugely exciting for vegetarians on the menu but tasty and well cooked none the less. If it wasn't off the main thoroughfare it would be packed. Deserves to be so. We went during the day and it was empty. Worth a visit or 10. Good selection of Gin and the cocktails look yummy.

We have just moved to the area and thought we would give Rocksalt a try as it is within walking distance. We were very pleasantly surprised to find we had such a gem on our doorstep. The team was warm and welcoming and very efficient. Mariola our waitress was professional and attentive. I have a dairy allergy and the kitchen adapted dishes to cater for me. All of our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. My scallops were melt in the mouth, my husband had a mixed grill and said all of the meat was amazingly tender! The cocktails were also fabulous and definitely had quite a kick.

Rocksalt is my favourite restaurant in Epsom by quite a margin. The staff are so welcoming and the food is delicious whilst still being very reasonably priced. To top it off they have an extensive cocktail list, i would recommend the Margarita’s - they are 10/10! Nothing beats a well run independent restaurant with friendly staff & management - don’t hesitate to book!

Lovely restaurant and people. FOOD was not what it says on menu especially Scallops with lemon and then garlic and ginger sauce in white wine it was more like KFC gravy sauce. Then steak comes out no sauce to compliment it I ask do u have any sauce and then the lady says no sauce oh we have Peppercorn sauce wait 10min for that and again it looked and tasted like KFC Gravy with whole peppers in them. If they can not bring out whats on the menu they need to think before sending it especially for Scallops as they are not cheap and you get 3 in a portion.

Lovely place to have lunch. Staff very welcoming and attentive. We had 2 starters and 3 main courses plus drinks and coffee between 3 of us. Huge portions. We had to take some of the leftovers of the main courses home with us. Thoroughly recommend for a very relaxed atmosphere and lovely staff
