Fantastic place to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is probably one of the best in London. You’re right on Strand is which is a busy street with lots of places to eat and other amenities. You are also a 30 minutes or less walk from anything you would want in the West end of London. Tons of public transport options and taxis here too. I stayed in room 101 which is the “windowless” suite. Honestly I was out of the room so much it didn’t feel like a compromise at all. The AC was great on hot days too, which is a luxury in Europe/the UK. Highly recommended. When I’m not in London on business this is where I’ll stay. I have already recommended it to my family members and friends as well.

Great stay during the Bank Holiday Weekend! We left our luggage as the room wasn't ready when we arrigee and once we checked in at 3pm, our luggage was already in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us with anything. I had emailed few days before as it was my sister's birthday and we got back after one evening to a cake, wine and card which was so lovely of them! Superb location and we rarely had to get the tube as everything was walking distance. Would highly recommend staying and we'll definitely be back next time. Thanks again

Great location! Within 2 mins walk from all the shops and restaurants near Covent gardens. Close to McDonald’s and there are some casual eateries downstairs in case you want something quick and easy. Room is small but very functional and efficient. Got upgraded to a room with window. Had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back !

On our arrivals, we've were disappointed in the size of our room. However, we brought this to the staff's attention and they are more than happy to see if they could change our room. This stadium, the following morning, the change of room was absolutely wonderful. We had a really good stay. The staff were efficient friendly and the location was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Stay was excellent. Very simple hotel. Very clean from the street to the entrance to inside the room. We stayed in the smaller room which indeed is small but had more than everything we needed including a kitchenette stocked with dishes and cookware. It is compact but the layout makes it work perfectly and the tall ceilings made it feel larger. There is a fold down table with fold up chairs. Lots of storage under the bed. Great location and for the price you can’t beat it. A week here was less money than two nights at the nearby Savoy. You aren’t paying for all the glamour that other hotels may have. It is a budget hotel that exceeds expectations. We didn’t even use the kitchenette for cooking. It was perfect for us as we only slept and showered in the room and we’re out for most of the days into the nights. This hotel is within walking distance to almost everything in central London. 30-45 minutes and the public transport is amazing. We used the tube mostly which makes the walls short to the further away destinations. Never needed the bus or Thames link. Felt safe everywhere and the hotel has staff 24/7 and you need to use your room key to enter after 11pm. The bed IS king size and there is air conditioning. Review was longer but when you “edit” your review on google is deleted it and starts over! Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing location. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Pros: A clean, tidy, and neatly decorated apart-hotel. Add to that its safe and affordable. Studio includes a small kitchenette with dishwasher. View of my room was beautiful. Location was great. Walking distance to several nice places. Cons: Bed was very high for me 😅 which made it uncomfortable a little bit. Very slow service when checking in or out.

I stayed here before back in 2018 and it was lovely so I came back again. The service is great and they are extremely accommodating. The rooms are pretty clean and very tidy. And the beds are very comfortable. I did have an issue with my room, but they fixed it right away and gave me a little care package to make up for it. The area is very busy and everything you need is just outside the hotel. There are so many restaurants, bars, and shops. I really didn’t have to leave the area for anything. Id say be a bit careful at night as it’s a very touristy area, but I enjoyed my time there and I’ll definitely be back to stay.

Wonderful little find. Very central location, walkable to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Leicester Square and main London attractions. Many cafes nearby as well for a quick breakfast. Loved the little kitchenette in the room and very thoughtful layout of the room. Compact (like most London hotels) but the bed was huge and comfortable. The service staff were very responsive and polite as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely awesome hotel. Great location. All the team couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. We have stayed in quite a few hotels around theatre land / Covent Garden; we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Book it now!!!!

Neaty and tidy room, I feel comfortable and relax. The staff at the front desk are so very helpful and polite . I have a great experience at the accommodation! It is near to the underground station and the tourist spots.Last but not least, they makes a very good hot chocolate;p

Great location and all facilities are top quality. On the strand but rooms quiet. We were upgraded when we arrived. We had a little treat outside the door in the evening (chocolate) the cocktail or hot choc in reception was a bonus as we left in the evening or mornings to explore. Thank you Wilde. We will return!!

Lovely hotel room and very welcoming! Great view of the theatre and all facilities in room available is exactly what we needed. Staff were very helpful with us checkin in late because of train cancellations. Great location, a short walk from Charing Cross. Would highly recommend.

The room was much much smaller then we expected but the location was prefect for us, the staff was wonderful and they provided whatever they could that we asked for. The evening beverages were a wonderful surprise after a long day. A true refrigerator would have been great, but we did manage to make it with for our needs. I highly recommend it if a perfect centralized location is what you seek. Thank you for all you did for us!!

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Great rooms on the Strand. Hi tech controls for lighting, air con and blinds. Airton a bit cold though and couldn't seem to successfully change it. Also card seemed to become deactivated and so not work the lift. Staff very friendly and helpful though. Would recommend.

Perfect location to explore London, right in the heart of the restaurants and nightlife, and just across the thames from the London Eye. Lots of underground stops nearby as well. The service was 10/10, staff were always pleasant and eager to help with our luggage. The rooms themselves were on the small side but still had everything you need, very modern design and more high-tech than other London hotels with similar price points. The kitchenette was a great feature to make small dishes and heat up food, and the dishwasher was an added bonus! The rooms were also very soundproof, large windows with great views but couldn't hear anything from outside the room. Would highly recommend staying in this gem 💎

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! The hotel is situated literally in the heart of the Strand with easy access to Covent Garden and other landmarks of London! The hotel, itself, is clean and tidy with excellent decor in the rooms. The rooms are well equipped with everything you could ever find yourself needing! The staff are extremely helpful polite and the management are amazing! The hotel is definitely a 10 out of 10 and, I promise you, were you to stay here, you would not be disappointed! We'll certainly be returning, thanks Staycity Wilde!

In great location of central London. However the rooms are far too small. Not having a basin in the toilet is a big no no for me. Not sure why you would have kitchen in such a small environment as the rooms are not catered for staying more than one - two nights. It wasn’t my cup of tea for a regular traveller and quick one night stay. Saying all of that. It clean, tidy and nice and rom has all amenities. But it’s really small for two people.

I didn't enjoy my stay here. They sold me a room that was supposed to have 2 twin sized beds. We got there and found out that it was actually just a king sized bed frame with two twin sized mattresses on it. Way too close together for comfort. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I tried to talk to management about their false advertising and they just wasted my time. The only thing they offered was to cancel a night of my reservation. I needed somewhere to sleep in London that night, so I didn't take them up on that. The rooms were very new and trendy looking. They were very clean, but there was tons of dust on any surface above eye level. The rooms were small and cramped. There's no lobby or anywhere in your room to sit down and relax at the start or end of your day. Your only options are to sit in the provided fold out chairs, or your bed. If you're looking for an expensive place to sleep and take a shower, this place is great. But I'll be looking elsewhere for my next trip to London.

I stayed at the hotel in two rooms with my parents and I cannot give enough compliments to the staff! Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and helpful in every thing we needed. My parents bathroom was a bit dirty but we promptly received cleaning services from Gabriella even though she is a concierge and not even close to maintenance in addition to a wine bottle and promise for a great stay. When my parents and I had needed to stay beyond out original dates the staff helped us make a booking and stay in the same rooms we had originally and gave us a discount! The hotel is very much in the center of the city with close proximity to 2 tube stations and a ton of theaters and nightlife around. Although the hotel and staff were fantastic there were a few difficulties. 1. Due to the fact that the cleaning staff was outside hire our rooms weren’t cleaned when they were supposed to or one thing we asked for happened and another didn’t. Changing one towel but not all of them, taking out the trash but leaving something else or making the bed instead of changing the sheets when they were supposed to be changed. 2. The rooms aren’t very big and have very limited storage areas so take that into mode if you book a small room. Even though we had these problems they would not prevent me from visiting this hotel again! The staff and location are unmatched in every possible way, so thank you guys so much for this amazing stay! And last thanks to Gabriella, who was absolutely amazing in her customer service, who checked to see that everything was okay with my family every time she saw us and once came to clean my room after her shift was over when she was one foot out the door ready to head to a party! Thank you. And thanks to Eliot, Samantha, Rajish and more. You were great and I’m sorry if I didn’t remember your names correctly.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden. Charing Cross tube is also 3-4 minutes walk. The staff are wonderful. We arrived too early to check in so left our bags with them and when we were able to check in we returned to find ours bags waiting for us in our room and the coat we left was even hanging up on a hanger which was a really nice touch. The rooms are perfect. We chose a basement room as we wanted it to be as quiet as possible. The actual room itself is a perfect size for two people and has a wide selection of amenities including microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. The bed is comfortable enough, although a little too firm for me, but that's just my personal preference; it was perfect for my partner. The only negative is the soundproofing from the door. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms (which is very rare at hotels nowadays), but we did hear people coming and going in the hallway, and the housekeepers were a little loud at around 9am (hoovering etc). Again, this was just a tiny negative and there was no noise whatsoever from other rooms so we slept perfectly every night. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The Room was outstanding and perfect for our needs. We were two adults and two teenagers, and we loved our stay! Location was perfect for central London, shows and restaurants. The staff were superb especially Eli and EJ, they went out of their way to ensure that we had a brilliant stay. We will definitely return.

A very well located a comfortable Aparthotel. I stayed in a studio the rooms are very well equipped with everything you’d need to prepare yourself a meal, this includes pots, pans, dishes, hot plate, sink and even a dishwasher! The well appointed rooms feel modern and private with little to no noise transfer from neighbours. The beds are very large and the mattress and bedding is of a good quality and great for sleep. The bathrooms are a little on the small side but perfectly functional and have rain head showers and a heated towel rail. Some of the rooms are in the basement and have no windows but they have clever lighting solutions to tackle this and I didn’t even notice. You are on the Strand and so we’ll located for Covent Garden and the west end. I would consider this instead of looking at the more traditional style of hotel available.

Great value for perfect location, modern hotel, attentive and warm service. The room is compact with the bed against the wall. Access to the shower is through the toilet. There is little space for suitcases. This is reasonable for this location. I would stay again but would select a larger room. Many thanks to the team. We had a great visit.

Exceptional customer service after my partner and I visited during an incredibly busy period. Perfectly located for central London. Rooms are immaculate and have phenomenal beds/mattresses. Superb for a weekend away. Attention to detail is very, very high.

We had a brilliant stay, of just one night, in central London. Everything in the small but perfectly formed room was of high quality…we especially liked the fancy high-tech design of the room. Though the room was a tad smallish they had used brilliant ways to use up space not being used. And instead of using normal light switches, the touch pad was a nice touch. Will enjoy coming back in the future. Ps thank you for the biscuits!

  • 5/5 Sally P. 4 months ago on Google
Perfectly formed room in the basement. We were disconcerted by no windows but that wasn’t a problem. Would be great if the person sleeping on the wall side of the bed had a shelf for things like reading glasses! Scooting out of the bed and climbing off and on the bed platform was the only problem for someone a little older! Otherwise great stay. Clean and modern room.

Had a great experience here! The staff was great, the location was great everything was excellent!! The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I had a very comfortable sleep I wish I had been able to stay more nights. Anything you need is literally walking distance from the hotel which I really loved! I would recommend this place as I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back again!!

This is one of best hotels I’ve stayed in London and first stay with Wilde. Welcoming arrival was very warming, greeted with fresh water, mulled wine and a very friendly smile. The rooms/studio were compactly spacious, very clean, right temperature and we loved all the little complimentary touches. Wilde pride themselves on high customer service delivery and that was very evident to see. Fantastic location. Would definitely stay again. :)

Really excellent location and quiet at night. I thought it's proximity to The Strand might make it noisy, but it was not. The room I was in was a little small for staying a longer period. The kitchenette area is great, but it does mean there is very limited storage space. If you have large suitcases it would mean they would be in your way. I think they have larger rooms though. I stayed three nights and it was fine for me.

I stayed here for 3 night and it was perfect. The location of the hotel is fantastic you can walk nearly everywhere. The room was very clean and I had an stunning view out of my windows. What an awesome studio. You will not find a better place to stay when visiting London. The location is perfect, hundreds of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. The room I stayed in (608) was fantastic....all modern amenities, extremely clean and well presented and the view from the room amazing. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I will definitely stay at the Wilde again.

There were some stains on the sheet but solved right away. Very nice services with a new sheet and chips and sodas. The staffs were brilliant :) The location was absolutely fantastic that you can go anywhere by either bus, underground or the train.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent. Situated just a few minutes' walk from Covent Garden, it offers convenient access to the vibrant atmosphere, shopping, and dining options of the area. With bus stops located downstairs, exploring other parts of the city is also made easy. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay for me and my daughter, excellent location. Very polite and helpful staff. We were lucky to receive an upgrade on our room and even had lots of complimentary treats and valentines treat left outside our room! Room was big enough for the two of us, loved all the tech too. Would recommend 100% and will definitely stay again

We had a lovely three-day stay in London. This was mainly due to the hotel we stayed in. The rooms were small, but very cozy and efficient. The location was the absolute best and the service incredible. Definitely a recommend!

Super clean, tidy and most convenient stay. The service and people here completely make up for slightly small rooms , but I must say that are very cute and clean and fresh. The staff are courteous and helpful. I stayed here for 4 nights, would have appreciated housekeeping on at least one of the days . What really would make me come back here is the amazing location. All the best!!
