Perfect place to base while we visited with family in the area. The room was lovely, the staff were exceptional, breakfast was delightful. We stayed for five nights.

Had a great one night stay for a special occasion, from check in the staff were so attentive and friendly, I did not catch her name but the receptionist of the eve of 19/07 was fantastic! The room surpassed expectation, really spacious and clean and the bed provided a great night’s rest. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure I will return for another stay

We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel and the event coordination was exceptional. The day went better than smoothly and the friendliness, exuberance and efficiency of the staff on the day really wowed us. The venue speaks for itself and the attention to detail was faultless. We would recommend Woodlands Park Hotel (and in particular, Cheyenne Crombie, the event coordinator) without hesitation. It was a wonderful day, the communications leading up to the day were superb and the day went without hitch or glitch.

Stunning massive hotel, with lovely gardens. Amazing lobby with beams and chandeliers. The food was beautiful and Filip who served me at the bar was brilliant with excellent knowledge of the drinks. Great for business or leisure, but you need a car to get to nearby pllaces.

Absolutely loved this place! 5 minutes drive from Cobham train station (which has a taxi rank right outside.) service was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Wide range of breakfast foods available - the poached eggs were more like boiled eggs but everything else about the food and place was 10/10! Variety of Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate provided in the rooms. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, robes and slippers provided. Plenty of plugs and USB sockets. Tv & dvd player. Plenty of seating near reception, and upstairs on the first floor. Both restaurants served great food too. If you go to the end of the car park and follow the yellow markers then there's a nice walk through the ground too. Would defintely recommend coming here!

My experience of visiting the Woodlands Park Hotel for the first time was overall extremely positive. Beautiful hotel , clean well kept and great staff. Friendly helpful and to note one member of staff who went above and beyond to help my mother. After she somehow got a splinter and staff member Fredy managed to get it out with suger tongs! Lol. Excellent work I was well impressed. He went all-out to try and help my mum and as a person myself who works within hospitality. I recognise those special people who just give a little more and do a fantastic job. Our waiter Fredy was superb all day. Couldn't fault him. And asides this all staff we interacted with were great . A real pleasure to of visited the hotel. I'd be happy to return anytime because if my positive experience.

Lovely outdoor space in this hotel. We were there for a wedding which was handy we could have drinks outside. Bedrooms were a real wow as the linen and duvet etc made for a very comfortable sleep. Lovely little touches like a tea and coffee making facilities and some biscuits too. A fluffy owl was placed on the bed to use as a do not disturb and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Huge chess board in the garden too and looked like a good place for afternoon tea.

Food was great and service was top tier. Didn't stay so can't comment on the rooms. Function rooms were a good size and very clean

Had our wedding here at the weekend. Everything was perfect! It's a lovely venue, food was some of the best I've ever eaten and the staff couldn't have done enough for us. They were all really great and made us feel like we were the only thing that mattered! Special mention to Cheyenne our wedding coordinator (so much fun to work with, made sure everything was perfect and made our wedding planning easy, fun and exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble), David behind the bar (was an absolute legend and definitely very patient with us), Sheldon who looked after us in the evening (nothing too much trouble and he was also extremely fun and professional), Amin on the front desk (was the absolute gold standard of friendly professionalism) and finally Jay and David (always on hand to help and couldn't do enough for us). We were given the master suite and it was unreal! There was even a little bear for us with our wedding dates embroidered on it and they somehow found out it was my birthday the day before and left me a present too! We felt like royalty from start to finish! Such a memorable weekend has been made even more so by the team at woodlands Park! Thank you guys, you're all amazing and we can't thank you enough!

Food... amazing, atmosphere.. ok... Staff are really friendly... Room lovely... Getting woken up at 05.35am with a member of staff scraping ash and cutting wood for a fire, not great to be honest. It echoes through the king suite and woke me up and even after me letting him know that he woke me up, he continues.

Rooms were lovely but the food wasn't great and had to ask several times for someone to serve behind the bar, however when the staff were present they were lovely. Traffic in and out at rush hour was horrendous. Grounds stunning

Lovely location and a very nice hotel. Staff were all very friendly. We only stayed for one night, but it was certainly a hotel we would revisit. Breakfast was amazing.

I booked a private room at Woodlands Park for my sisters hen afternoon tea. Cheyenne (Events Coordinator) was brilliant at getting back to me and organising the finer details of the afternoon and Jay was our waiter and he was brilliant, so polite and nothing felt too much trouble. I would highly recommend Woodlands Park! Thanks again

. Did not agree with discretionary service charge been added to the bill, that does not make it discretionary, food was excellent, but putting a hot buffet breakfast onto a cold plate is a no no in my opinion, regards Robert

Wonderful Surrey hotel. Lovely character rooms with friendly staff- special shout out to Ayesha. Delicious food. Wonderful Christmas decorations and tree. Comfy spacious room (room 4, King Suite), warm & toasty with temperature controls. Each room has kettle, drinks, fruits, biscuits plus coffee machine & water Quiet rooms, can hear a low rumble of noise from the M25 but it's like white noise and actually makes it relaxing. Large TV with remote and many channels. The hotel has many areas of sofas/chairs where you can escape for a quiet read or talk away from the room. Spaceous gardens & patio area but as it was rainy we didn't go out It does afternoon tea and dinners plus has a gym and separate area for private dining

Visited after the New Year (mid week), where presumably the experienced personnel were off. The room appeared to lack TLC as to cleanliness. Great attitude from some staff, notably George. Lack of training showed some flaws in the service. But that's down to management.

I recently worked here on a stunning and intimate wedding as the photographer. The hotel is very spacious, comfortable and the condition is kept in the highest level with attention to the details. The garden is just stunning with loads of opportunities to take awesome photos. Both front and the back is great to take nice photos and the best time to do it is before sunset. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning soon again. We had a very disappointing afternoon tea here for my mum's 80th birthday...the sandwiches had very little filling and the bread felt and tasted a0 bit stale plus there was no choice. Nice scones and cakes and we took some home as too many to eat but was shocked by the £64 bill for two of us - it definitely wasn't worth that. They had added 10% service charge and also had a space on the bill for a gratuity! I didn't say anything then as didn't want to tarnish my mum's birthday but we really were disappointed.

We had a lovely family weekend away. The rooms were comfortable and have everything you need. Fredy was a fantastic host for our anniversary event on Saturday night. Food was delicious

We came here last Friday for afternoon tea. The building itself is beautiful, with so many original features. The room we were seated in felt fairly empty as there were only 1-2 other tables seated at any one time, despite it being a relatively large room. As for the afternoon tea, it was fabulous! Neither of us drink tea, but were supplied with coffee and a hot chocolate to get us going. The food provided all tasted extremely fresh and well prepared. We stayed for a leisurely few hours and at no point felt rushed, although we did have someone checking in on us regularly throughout. Staff were all lovely and extremely friendly. Overall it was a great experience

It was lovely place, very relaxing and the staff were super friendly. Great location and very close to London. We had dinner in the Oak Room and it was absolutely delicious.

The atmosphere, service, staff, the home itself and grounds are absolutely an experience to enjoy. Came for business, will find some way to return again for pleasure. Wonderful old restaurant and modern dining/ bar across the hall. Come at Christmas and remember what the season can be about. Simply a Gem!

Location isolated otherwise beautiful gardens and landscaping. Service was excellent with good response to issues. Close to five star with only negative being the room furnishings and decor needing a refresh

Didn't stay unfortunately but had a lovely experience whilst in a meeting. A beautiful setting for all manner of occasions. Polite, attentive and skilled staff, in a truly lovely hotel.

A superb hotel, in an excellent location. We stayed here on a trip to London, and the train station is only a short drive away, and within 40 minutes you're in London city centre—ideal when you're looking for something quiet and luxury but don't want to pay the price of the central hotels. The room was large and comfortable, lots of natural light and big windows. The staff were all excellent, and the breakfast was very good. We had a week saver rate which made the whole trip very affordable—highly recommend this hotel for any trips to the capital.

I was visiting for a wedding party. It's an incredible looking hotel, very well furnished & decorated. The staff are very friendly & attentive. The only downside is that drinks are incredibly expensive.

Excellent retreat and countryside destination. Had a wonderful stay & magical experience. The building and grounds are stunning. Staff were super helpful and I felt well catered for. Would happily return and with my doggy too! Amazing to know such a lux place is dogfriendly. Recommend highly.

Charming hotel with a beautiful architecture and decoration but unfortunately a little bit old in the room comfort and the overall facilities. Small rooms, noisy radiators, old appliances. Service is kind and professional but breakfast takes forever and I never got a chance to get mine on time before going to work.

Been here twice now usual excellence has fallen somewhat, due in part to lack of covering staff. Slow service and harassed staff not always communicating to provide the silver service. High tea was or at least looked nice, I went for set menu Avoid dry vegan choices(I'll say no more). Pork & beef offerings excellent, however do ask what is the soup before ordering it, moderate interesting take on winelist a + I can say. If you have plenty of time to spare still worth detour for your peace of mind, to apply brakes and relax. So not to bad honestly.

Situated in a pleasant location, Woodlands Park Hotel provides a really comfortable stay: Clean and nicely furnished rooms, charming architectural design, good food and friendly staff make this a very attractive venue for a short break There is also plenty of parking within the hotel grounds. Really enjoyed my stay. Overall, top class!

We didn’t stay in the hotel. I booked for a Father’s Day breakfast. It was awful. They apparently had 85 guests due a cancelled flight and can only accommodate 25 (how this is even possible I have no idea) there was no food and what little scraps were there was cold. They seated us and left us so we had no idea whether we had to order or find a buffet room. I joined the long line of hotel guests that were also complaining. Had our bill slightly reduced but seeing as I couldn’t even eat as no food left and my mother had half a portion and the children only ate toast as that was all that was available £50 was ridiculous. It’s a shame as we are local and I had seen the adverts for you to bring the dog for a walk in the garden and stay for food. However I will not return. I never write reviews normally but feel people need to be warned. The staff as nice as they were had no idea what they were doing and judging by the others discussions there this is a common occurrence. Hotel guests were describing it as ‘Faulty Towers’!

😐 Stopped off here going down towards Brighton. Didn't realise how far and confusing it was to get to. Very good for dogs 🐕 . Not recommended if you just need a quick stop.
