Very unprofessional, rude, arrogant behaviour of gentleman so called Marian Bogde, people like him should be removed immediately never hired again, very shameful to treat customers that spend thousands in there and have no manners

JJ food service is my main food supplier. I mostly do online orders. Website is easy use , products get updated frequent;ly. Price is .good competitive to market, wide range of products and you have 6pm to place your orders not like others 3pm cut off time. Drivers are friendly , they always give enough notice to deliver food. Overall JJ Food service provide excellent service.

Quality products, great prices, friendly drivers. Never any issues with refunds, if items not available, we have been dealing with JJ's for many years. Big shout out for delivery driver Floyd, 5star service.

Good products and nice service

I always find the girls on the front counter and the warehouse guys really helpful. The manager and his team are also very helpful. I like the special offers jj have, all businesses need as much help as possible these days. I visit jj’s Basingstoke twice a week usually. Keep up the great work everyone!

Only used occasionally but the quality and delivery has been spot on. It's great to be able to get the same quality foods that the trade use as general members of the public and the delivery charges are very fair. Will deff use again!

Counter of staff are always really polite when I come to collect my order, warehouse team, always very quick to get my goods and I am normally in and out within about five minutes. Perfect. Stock levels always great.

I am a good customer of JJ food service and have been using them for a couple of years now but recently have had issues with online card payments and the websites inability to accept my payments. As it won't accept my payments I have to go to the branch and pay in cash and because of this I can't get the online discounts. This issue has been going on for a couple of months now and I've repeatedly contacted JJ's to try and sort out this problem which they still haven't sorted out so I am still paying full price for everything. I just feel like my issue is not being taken seriously and the fact it is been going on for so long it's just so frustrating and affecting my business and I'm totally fed up with it. I will say I was happy to give the company full marks before this problem occurred but I have been trying to sort it out for so long and I've got absolutely nowhere. I am currently buying a lot of my stock from a more local business because it does not pay me to buy from JJ food service if I can't get online discounts so they are losing out too

Customer Service is so poor. Manager not willing to talk over the phone and not willing to give his full name.Been using them over so many years but soon will have to look for different suppliers.

Had a few orders from JJ Food Service great service nice friendly drivers all ways been on time with updates on when driver will arrive just all round great service will order frequently.

How much are you paying for 5 stars and positive feedback ?? Because these assessments are not realistic! Maybe you approach your clients with respect, but when it comes to employees, there is no respect. After working with you for over 10 years, I can say that (I don't know about other JJ branches, but in Basingstoke for sure). Fortunately, JJ is just history and I work in a company that cares about employees. PS. JJ Food Service is a pathological company.

You are not professional at all, I come to jj all the time, I don't have any problems, only Karolina is causing trouble, I'm coming from a long way, I can't adjust the time, is it worth losing a customer for 10 minutes?
