I was recommended to come here for lunch and to say that it’s the best ever sandwich I’ve had is an understatement ! I had toasted granary bread with olives, roasted peppers, hummus, rocket, red onions and jalapeños. The flavours were utterly delicious. The customer service was unmatched, so friendly !

ad a lovely morning at this wonderful spot this weekend. Superb hosts, in a comfortable, clean and safe environment. Very friendly and welcoming with a huge smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Wide range of food which was great quality and delicious. Cooked breakfast does not give you that sluggish greasy feeling after eating. Great location with parking nearby. Great to see so many regular customers returning and lovely to see a small business doing so well in the current climate. Hats off to Becky & Neil. Hunger Hatch serve the best jacket potatoes in town - crispy skin & fluffy in the middle, with loads of topping options. The owners are super-lovely - they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and the café is spotlessly clean. A great find!

First time visit for my lunch break today and such a friendly service. It was busy so it's popular. Toasted sandwich was so so sooo yummie and crispy. Will be my local lunch stop from now on!

Hearty meals cooked beautifully with superb service + great coffee! My husband first stumbled upon this gem when looking for a weekday takeaway lunch and came home with two generously portioned, utterly delicious jacket potatoes (with sides) which we polished off in no time. He insisted on taking me back as he declared I would love the customer service. And he was absolutely right - Becky is THE gold standard! :) We returned a few weeks later and received a warm-hearted welcome from Becky, and in the time we were there, spotted many people dropping in through the morning for food. Becky seemed to know many of them by name- always a wonderful sign in my opinion. Her friendliness was matched by the high quality and variety of food on offer. The prices were very fair and reasonable too. On our last trip, we thoroughly enjoyed our Full English Breakfasts and exceptional cappuccinos. And left happy, knowing we would certainly return again and again and again!

We use this place for an occasion lunch, this morning we had a set breakfast one standard and one large. Food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. Great way to start shopping on a cold morning. Service was great very friendly and chatty. The place is spotlessly clean. A real gem in Epsom

Love this place! The food is great but the service is even better, fun, bubbly, Becky makes you feel like your the only customer, so welcoming, great banter!! If you want "the full experience" Hunger Hatch is the only place to go for a Monday morning pick me up!!

Hard to find decent breakfast places, came here today with my partner. Best omelette to date, my partner had eggs Benedict, lovely coffee, absolutely lovely owners. Not greasy quality food. Our now go to.

Such a friendly person working there. She made us feel like friends. I only had a takeaway coffee this time around but I'll be going back! Their food looked yummy.

Warm welcome, friendly service, nice coffee, tasty sandwiches and salads

This is one of the rare independent cafés un the area and we were delighted to find it. The baguettes are deliciously crunchy and fresh. The olive and tomato flaguettes are also worth a try. Great coffee and the lady who served us made us feel extremely welcome even though we arrived shortly before closing time. It is a cosy little place. Would highly recommend.

I accidentally stumbled across this gem and upon entering I was welcomed with such warmth and such amazing customer care. Choosing my sandwich I naturally had questions and asked for recommendations to which the lovely lady was more than accommodating, the actual food was incredible and although good food doesn’t always need to win photography awards it was presented fantastically aswell. I feel all this wouldn’t be possible with gentleman behind the scenes helping but as a team this place has nailed quality food and service and would recommend for day to day food and offer a large variety. Truly amazing

So pleased to of found this place, we called in out of the blue, was amazed by the charm, service and the food was to die for, such a huge choice, the home-made sandwich/jacket potatoes filling menu goes on for ever, needless to say we drop in whenever we are in Epsom. Just popped in for a takeaway coffee, greeted with the warmest welcome and smile. The food looked delicious! I’m definitely going to pop back for breakfast soon. Definitely a little gem in Epsom (coffee was delicious too!)
