Lovely in the sunshine, but I imagine most the year you need to bring your own umbrella to enjoy a drink (no indoor seating). The ale was quite nice though I was hoping it would be cheaper (£4 a pint). Very quaint.

A great local pub in the village of Claygate, 30 minutes from Clapham Junction. Staff Alex,Sue & Finlay? were extremely friendly. Sue went around chatting to the locals but knew who the first timers were & made it her mission to make them part of the pub. Good selection of beers including Gluten free beer & a very interesting selection of ciders, check it out & you won't be disappointed. Check the website out re opening hours & as the Bank Holiday is due, hopefully some more good weather, check out Platform 3 out & you won't be disappointed.

Great little place. Nice beer and friendly people. The weather determines this place as it's on Claygate Station and doesn't have an inside area but a gazebo can be erected if necessary. The landlord Alex is a nice chap. Will definitely be back 😁👍

Great place, 2 beers on, a pale and a porter, both in excellent condition. Sausage rolls to aid in further drinking, served with local chilli sauce. Landlord and brewer is Alex, very personable fellow and a pleasure to spend time with. Definitely worth a visit

Went on Thursday evening with a group of mountain bikers I ride with. Lovely small venue serving good quality beer. What makes it even better is the way you are treated by the owners. I ordered a beer which I personally did not like. I went in to order another the owner spoke to me in regards to my concern with the one I did not like and gave me another which was much more to my taste. No attitude at all and just wanted me to have a nice evening with a beer I enjoyed. Which I did.

Doesn't get any better than this. Beer and cider brewed locally with local ingredients. Also fresh take away cask ale. Lovely people, outside seating only.

Lovely place to spend a warm evening drinking delicious beer or cider. And with the fish and chips shop down the road, what could be better 🍺
