was
my
first,
and
surely
the
last,
time
I
ordered
from
Tops
Pizza
Epsom.
Today
15/09/2020
at
18.25
I
was
customizing
my
order
on
the
website,
where
I've
been
asked
at
what
time
I'd
liked
to
receive
it,
so
I
chose
9pm,
two
hours
late
the
booking
time,
and
suddenly
at
the
checkout,
I
noticed
that
the
restaurant
was
already
preparing
my
order.
Then
I
decided
to
call
the
store
and
ask
if
they
could
send
me
the
pizzas
at
the
time
I
initially
chose
trough
the
website
and
I've
literally
been
attacked
trough
the
phone
by
the
guy
who
I
was
talking
to.
He
told
me,
first,
that
he
couldn't
do
it
because
they
were
already
processing
it,
then
he
changed
what
he
was
saying,
telling
that
he
actually
had
three
order
before
then
mine,
so
then
I
asked
again
what's
the
matter
for
him
to
send
me
it
at
9pm
and
he
told
me
that
"chosing
time"
on
the
website
wasn't
working
and
wasn't
his
problem
but
head
office
one
and
that
my
order
was
already
in
the
oven
so
he
couldn't
do
nothing
for
me.
I
was
very
annoyed
then
and
I,
again,
have
told
him
that
in
half
hour
or
45mins
there
where
nobody
to
collect
the
order
and,
because
this
wasn't
my
fault,
he
had
to
do
something
for
me
or
at
least
do
the
refund;
at
that
point,
he,
for
no
reason,
ASKED
ME
WHERE
I
AM
FROM,
I
was
quite
shocked,
and
I
couldn't
believe
how
people
can
easly
harrass
others
while
working
just
because
they
don't
want
to
take
care
of
things,
most
likely
taking
a
job
away
from
who
really
want
it
and
need
it.
When
I
replied
there
is
no
point
for
him
to
know
where
I
am
from,
he
then,
in
very
distrustful
way,
told
me
he
would
had
send
pizzas
at
9pm.
Very
very
disappointed,
wouldn't
recommend.
