I needed some bark for the garden. There was a good offer on 90l bags of Westfield 3 for £25. But I actually didn't want to spend that much and bought two bags of Homemade own label bark for £11.98.

I’m not sure why, but Bicester Homebase doesn’t hold as much stock as it use to, it’s half the store it use to be. Also I was really stunned that they had only 2 check outs and 1 customer service section, what’s happening to all the tills? I wouldn’t want to go there during the weekend and stand in long queues waiting to pay! I managed to find the basic item I needed but I was so disappointed to see how diminished and sad looking it was with only 3 visible staff members and only 1 person on the tills.

Drove here merely to pick up something ordered online (and unavailable locally). Staff were extremely helpful (and fellow customers chatty!) In and out in a flash - which is exactly what you want of such an establishment!

Placed an order for a lawn mower, click & collect, but they can’t fulfil it because the product is on a high rack & the machine has broken which allows them to get it down & they don’t know when the machine will be fixed. Rubbish.

Most items generally available. The only issue is a lack of staff if one has a query. I rang to check stock as the amount shown on the website was questionable and was informed we don’t have staff available to check.

I do like this Homebase - it's quiet, staff are helpful, range of goods may be less than B & Q, but a more pleasant shopping experience.

Found what I wanted although did have to hunt for part of it and wasn’t sure of the layout of the store.

Brought a lovely hanging basket for my neighbour. No seat covers only pads.

Went to pick up parcels delivered by DPD. Easy and quick. Wide range of bedding plants and potted flowers on display. Staff helpful and polite.

Two visits this week. One to collect an order placed online. No hello just walked off to a different till and shouted for order number. Second visit to return the item as it was faulty. Again no hello. No communication. Put a call out for a colleague to come help. Then just said refund had been processed. No asking if I wanted a replacement. I actually wanted to buy a different brand 3x the price but will be going elsewhere.

Excellent select of DIY products and home furnishings. Good selection of chairs but nothing that we went for this time.

Now selling premium Dulux trade paint, cheaper than trade suppliers!! Well done homebase 👍

Great range of items, friendly / helpful staff, great selection of Christmas items

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The guy who was propably the store manager really tried to help me, but a young lady in the warehouse had a good knowledge of the stock and found my item,,,, then even though it was heavy lifted it and carried it for me.

Some good sale offers, pity they closed Both their stores in Swindon.

These days buying lot of plants half price or even cheaper. Sometimes prices are not marked at low price but one can find deals online using mobile.
