We stayed in room 212 and it is the most beautiful room with the most incredible bathroom and tub! We had our wedding in the golf club opposite and it was brilliant that we could have both an incredible room, that we got everything set up the day before, and be so close to where we got married. The staff were incredible, always friendly and lovely to talk to. They resolved issues quickly and efficiently and it was a joy for not only myself (and my new bride :D) but a lot of our wedding guests to stay there

In the area for work. Both dinner and breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly and there was a good choice of wines! Would definitely stay again.

Had a higher value item taken from the room after checkout. After calling the hotel they informed me that it hadn’t been handed in. Really disappointing. Food isn’t great though. Service at the bar in the evening was poor with one young lad complaining about his massive hangover. Food wasn’t tasty and not presented well. The price and establishment didn’t match the food. Breakfast was a better experience. Older chap served and was friendly and helpful. Receptionist was really nice and helpful also. Just a shame we have dishonest thieves in this world.

We had a very nice, 2-night stay here. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. A nice bonus was the heated bathroom floor--a pleasant surprise in the morning. The best part for me was the quiet. Other hotels in town were loud from the street traffic and it was difficult to stay asleep. This hotel was peaceful with no sounds of garbage trucks banging. Very nice breakfast too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Excellent facilities, welcoming and efficient staff, well cooked quality breakfast. Excellent shower. Would have liked a larger bed but very comfortable and slept well.

Only here for the one night with my wife but have to say it is a nice place to stay. Food in the club house was tasty fare and not bad value.

Fantastic in all aspects, beautiful a/c room with view of golf course, Stirred eggs for breakfast was a first, full English didn't disappoint either. Good selection of evening meals as well. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We'll be back!!

A massive carpark but its also for golfers too as it was dark when I got there almost empty A warm welcome from the receptionist all info given. The room was a good size very spacious like a mini suite Shower room well wet room was big. The TV was at the end of the bed Room also had a fridge Bed was really comfortable, The only thing that I would pick up on is the gaps in the curtains light up the room. WiFi was okish Shower was hot and powerful Breakfast was Included Evening meal was absolutely superb good choices on the menu and good value In a very posh housing estate a few nice walks and running spots close by . Would I stay again and recommend a big YES 👍 .

Beautiful location, well refurbished hotel with all mod-cons, oh-so-comfy beds but incredibly noisy air-con.

Amazing sleep good food

I had a great stay here. Tucked away on a private road, quiet and secluded. My room overlooked the golf course. I walked to Kingswood train station and from there I could go anywhere! PRO-TIP- If you’re going to be walking at night BRING A FLASHLIGHT, IT HELPS!(I happen to have one in my backpack) Thank you to all the staff! Ben in the clubhouse and the cook who made my omelets! Everyone at the front desk especially Loraine who was willing to go above & beyond to help me! Thank you to Joe @ Grumpy Mole & Karl at Duke’s Head for also making me feel welcome & for a couple of great meals!

Stayed last night. Really nice venue, very impressed. First class, great room, food and service. Highly recommend.

Really friendly staff, beautiful rooms and a really good experience, although the bar service was quite slow. But an all round excellent experience otherwise.
