Most often there would be only one person working on the counter and out of 7 counters 6 remain closed all the time. Staffs are not polite and helpful rather than are liked to speak like boss. Want to make serpentine queues and don’t acknowledge the late services. I might say rather poor service.

Worst customer services ever. Very rude with customers who waits in long queues. They also thug you by sending all posts by SPECIAL GUARANTEED DELIVERY to over charge customers without explaining other options. Staff are mostly busy on their mobile phone on personal calls and texting. Only one or barely two counters serve out of 8 counters. They don't care people are waiting for hours outside.

Worst staff working there. Post office operating with policy to be fair to old ladies still working there but these two ladies, one Asian and one from black ethnicity both are extremely rude. They have zero customer service skills. I am shocked post office allow this.

The worst customer service ever. The Muslim lady was very rude to me . I was first one in the queue waiting my turn to send my documents. she put someone else who is behind me before me, and she didn't even say sorry. Very rude people. Seriously why are they sitting that office if they can't be friendly or helpful to people? The African lady who received my documents was not friendly either when I asked something about the form or payment she was replying me so rude. I left that office wondering what is wrong with this people how come there like this. I will never ever go back to Southall broadway post office again. They should learn how to be friendly to the customer or leave that job it doesn't suit you.

This place needs good attention towards their basic attitudes. They never open on time always 30 min late to open but rush up 30 minutes before close hours. Lethargic attitude.

Absolutely ridiculous Everytime I come here the line is all the way to the end. The self service is always closed. I could have used self service for 2mins but instead have to wait 30minutes or more to send a letter next day. Had to leave cause I’m human and have other tasks to do other than wait 1hour to be seen Absolute joke

Went in today for check and send service and was greeted by Celia at the counter, and I would say she (Celia) was on top of her job and she knew everything in regards to my application. The lady at the post office doesn’t know her job well she’s unable to understand or provide knowledge about devices .Need to rehire more educated and who treat customers well

One of the worst customer service I've ever seen. More than 40 people queuing outside in snowing condition,and just 1 staff working with her least speed possible. Awful Just to post my 1 parcel,I spend 55mins

To be honest one of the worst service. I waited 1 hour for my sia license because the guy was on his break and when the guy showed up he said my application had the wrong information. Why are you making me wait 1 hour just to say that and not even be sorry for making half of the customer wait.

I don't live locally so only used this Post Office once for dropping off a DPD parcel, the item was never picked up and somehow lost at their site, it was a huge box too so not sure how it went 'missing'. Have never had any issues like this at my local branches.

I went to the post office tday at South hall London. There's a mam named Shazia. The way she handled my queries and solved my problem. It was brilliant. She is too good in her work.

I attended southall post office and Ms Shazia dealt with me. She greeted with a big smile which is so nice to see as by end of the day people hardly smile. Whenever i go to Southall office, i have seen her helping with people's queries with a smile and so calmly. She is amazing human being.

All staff members go above and beyond, high level of migrants expect staff to complete the forms on their behalf, which increases waiting time. This branch is due to close next year, subject to public consultation, if it remains, I hope they refuse to serve customers who jump queue, reduce/refuse filling forms for able customers and open self service. I visit the main Southall Post Office frequently. The staff are patient and friendly and very obliging, the service levels are always consistant. During my recent visit Pam was really helpful while processing a special delivery, and made me aware of Post Office Travel Money Card. Thank you!

Went there to update my DVLA details and send a small parcel. Pam(0270202) at counter number 1, was very helpful and took the time to advice me on the best option as I was sending certain original documents and needed to make sure they get back safely.

Kind and friendly staff. I visit this branch regularly with franked letters from my Bank. Clean environment and smiling staff. I know few of them as well namely Celia, Pam, Shazia are very kind and helpful

Very unprofessional service. Branch manager had no clues what public service is about. It felt that the staff and the manager comes to do the time so that their paycheck don't get stopped.

Worst customer services ever I received from 2 Asian ladies, 1 Muslim and 1 Indian ethnic both were rude and and doesn't bother, both called behind me guy before to me even that was my turn but they knows him and start chatting with him and queue went long but they don't care...seriously and honestly they are not deserving this job.

Queues are so long; and given the Royal Mail Southall post office once offered a decent level of trustworthy service as a publicly owned institution, it makes it so much worse having witnessed it go downhill. The staff always seem stretched, and sometimes, they're not displaying any concern in prioritising the customers waiting in line. The staff are often exceptional in their ability to handle queries in multiple languages but sadly are not paid enough or given the resources to offer the service they could.

I ams not sure what kind of business but they refused my business. I Needed to go to Punjab to visit my mama but couldn't get the ticket. I tried to send my rice pudding in a parcel (loose) but they refused. I just want to be able to take ciroc with Avtar pazzi.
