Petpals has very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who will even help you to your car with any bulky purchases! I don't know what we'd do without this great local shop.

Always a pleasure to shop here and the staff are very helpful and i always buy my parrot food in bulk from here really recomend to buy from here to keep them in existence during this hard time. Thank you for being there and you awesome customer service.

Helpful and friendly shop owner. Large variety of products catering for most domestic pets. Nice to shop in a small independent and worth travelling that bit further for. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and large variety of animal feed and accessories. Small pet boarding also available. Staff always happy to give advice and help carry bulky heavy items to your car.👍😎

Not the cheapest, but happy to help a small business the lovely guy Paul who owns it, is really nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely lady and shop. The dog treat section was full of health natural treats which I was so pleased about. Good prices and nice amount of stock. Will defo be back
