Excellent pet shop with friendly knowledgeable staff. I needed some cat food and flea treatment and the very friendly young woman who helped me directed me to the right products. The store has everything amazing product range and lots of good quality food including live food for reptiles. Conveniently located with large car park. Highly recommended

I feel I have to leave a review because I was stunned by the kindness shown by the lovely man at Pets Corner today. I had bought an identification tag and a cat's collar for a cat that had been found in Chessington, with no microchip. (I volunteer for a cat charity). While inserting the note with contact details into the tag in my car, I dropped the tag and, after searching under the seat for a while, gave up and went back in the shop to buy another. The man (I don't know if he was the manager?) kindly offered to help me find it, and spent quite a while with his torch on his mobile and standing on his head looking under my car seats. He was so kind. Unfortunately, we never found it, so I went back inside the shop to buy another. When I went to pay, he refused my payment. All I can say is thank you!! There are some lovely people in this world!!

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a prompt and friendly hello from the team behind the desk. I then went into the Dogwood and was greeted by all 3 of the ladies the exact same way. They're all absolutely lovely in Pets Corner - Chessington and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Turned up with an inherited cat about tombe moved 100 miles (no prior experience), was guided through everything we needed to know to settle in (litter, trays, beds, toys, 'nip, crates and so on). Absolute lifesaver! Some things were unused by Mr. KiKi (£99 wicker cat "castle") - no problems getting it refunded after a few weeks

I adore this pet shop. I have a Cavapoo, and a hamster, and my husband and I love coming here. When we got our hamster a few years ago, we started coming here because it was the only place we could find a cage we felt big enough for a kind living place. The staff are all wonderful and all know their stuff. Now that we have a puppy, we come here for grooming and food - they have the kindest groomers attached who are so enthusiastic and welcoming and create a really nice atmosphere for dogs. My dog was so excited to go in which she wasn't for her first groom somewhere else (which we only tried after a vet suggested for first time), I'm glad we came back to Pets Corner like we wanted. All in all, I will always come here for our needs. (Photo included is my four month Cavapoo post groom)

Amazing staff and very welcoming and friendly, I go to puppy hour with my puppy gizmo and he loves going to it and get excited and loves the staff, couldn't have wished for a better experience for my puppy there. Thank you to all staff at the Chessington branch

Nice friendly place with plenty of items to browse through. Only visited once as was in the area, found the food to be expensive but having been from "up north" we tend to be cheaper. A lot of the leads, coats and harnesses I'd ot seen before and looked great!

All feedback fake, they use their own team and family to give good feeback. Worse place to visit for Dog grooming and Dog food. This company does not even have complain process and does not care about their customers. AVOID if you love your pet

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff trying to help you find the best product for furry friend. They've helped me a couple of times in trying to find the right food for my dog and I think we've cracked it now.

Lovely shop with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. They take card & contactless payment which is always an added bonus. The store layout is very easy to get around and the items you need can be very easily found. If you are unable to find what you need, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My ragdoll stopped eating supermarket food all of the sudden. I tried everything. Until I found a no grain all meat cat food in petscorner. She loves it :) and I’m a happy mum again.

Popped in for some cat toys. There is plenty of choice so I bought 2 catnip mice, a large crinkly fish plus a catnip banana. Pleasant staff at the counter as we bought the toys. Would highly recommend.

The store looks great, convenient parking, pleasant staff...deffo the m&s version of a pet store, all nicely laid out and lovely products ... BUT... don't expect to find your Felix or Whiskers cat food in here. If you have an organic/vegan/grain free/nut free pet, its the shop for you. If you don't mind paying more for your treats, then yes go for it. Want a fancy ceramic bowl? They will have it. But expect to pay a few quid more. And yes, I purchased the above mentioned bowl but will have to go to the supermarket to get my very average cats their dinner :)

The PetsCorner Chessington team have been so helpful since we rescued our dog, Gem, a few months ago. They’ve been very patient, answered lots of questions, and have so much knowledge on how to keep your dogs happy and healthy. Special mention for Amy and Shenny who are always so welcoming and so approachable. Thanks so much for making this journey a bit easier - I know Gem is definitely glad we found you!

Lovely store. Our Maltese puppy absolutely adores the in store grooming facility. Very kind, helpful and such a great place.

An excellent pet food store. Free car parking on site. A relatively new store a short walk from Chessington Garden Centre. Stocked a variety of high quality dogs foods at comparable prices (there were foods for other pets I'm sure but we were checking dogs food). Very friendly and helpful staffs.

Staff here are very knowledgeable and really helpful. Products are quite expensive but you know what you are getting and the return process is smooth and very reasonable. If your pet doesn't like food you have bought, you can return it, no questions asked!

We took Coco, our cockerpoo to pets corner at Chessington as she was scared of other dogs. She cowered amongst the toys but Abby was so lovely making her feel safe but encouraging her when she was brave enough to venture out...saying good job Coco. All the staff were wonderful, so caring and love what they do. They reassured me that Coco was normal and would be better next time, so I have booked in again. I am so thankful I found this place. The shop is amazing. We went again this week and Coco was much better. I have to thank Anne and Arthur who were so knowledgeable and loving with Coco. They have a heart for dogs and it makes all the difference. I couldnt resist buying toys and treats this time as I learnt so much from the staff, but no sales push at all. The best customer service I have had in a very long time. ❤

We went to puppy hour at Pets Corner and watched our little pup go from hiding in the corner to gaining confidence and playing over the weeks. The staff are lovely and really knowledgeable about the products they carry. They helped me choose appropriate chews for my puppy, and they always remember her when she visits.

Went today to grab some bits for an unexpected kitten appearance. Fabulous store! Beautifully clean and organised. Staff were Fabulous! So attentive and helpful without being pushy. My daughter loved the girls in store!
