The staff at Pets Corner in Kingswood, Surrey are friendly, knowledgeable and always make time for me and my dog. I love visiting the store as it has everything I need (I have a hamster too). The range of product and merchandise is extensive, lots of treats, toys and pretty much everything you would like for your pet/s. The layout is spacious, modern and always very clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent customer service 👏🏻. Free parking right outside.

Pets corner Kingswood are amazing, they have been so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Georgia in particular is great, she's extremely helpful and supportive and my puppy Nala who can be anxious when meeting new people has taken a massive liking to Georgia so it's great I can take her in with me. Couldn't recommend the Kingswood team enough.

Fantastic store that has everything you need for your pets. Plenty of stock. Friendly staff to help with questions. Also a puppy meet up Saturdays which was lovely to see.

Always greeted with smiles, I’ve been going for years and the manager knows my face and asks about the dogs and helps with product info. The food is pricey, maybe give some alternatives at lower prices, especially in the current economic situation please Pets Corner

Visited today and purchased some bacon dog treats! 🥓 the hounds have chomped on them since we got home. Fab purchase. The young ladies who served us today were all brilliant and great advice on dog treats for our jackhuahua! Thanks so much to the 3 members of staff on branch today. Excellent customer service from Alex and Jess at the Kingswood branch. They very kindly took back the 5 bags of Felipure cat litter that l purchased online, but returned to their store. They were amazing and organised an immediate refund for me. Sadly this once top quality cat litter has in recent months declined into something so dusty and crumbly, that even the cheapest supermarket brands are better!!

Have shopped here for years but the costs have become ridiculously expensive. Some of the staff are less than helpful also.

We visited the Kingswood Store on the 23/11 and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable guy called Jack. He was so helpful, kind, nothing was too much trouble and he was very informative. A great asset to the team. Amazing products and advice all under one roof. We will be back

I have a miniature dachshund and have tried unsuccessfully to purchase a harness for her on 2 occasions at other pet outlets. I was so pleased with the time and attention that we received from Faith at Kingswood. Faith persevered with various options and took great care with my dog who can be quite nervous but was soothed by the handling that was needed by Faith. I had reverted to a collar for my dog but she is so much happier with a harness and grateful for the time and expertise shown. The store is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend it to dog or cat owners.

Really friendly staff, very helpful always happy to see their furry customers! And knowledgeable of stock and some problems you may have and need some advice on. Expensive but that's not their fault!

Always very helpful with dietary advise for my French bulldog Harry! More importantly the welcome is great as soon as you step through the door. Great service and always pleased to see Harry. I would recommend Pets corner to all pet owners.

Great pet store with very knowledgeable staff, needed help with dog food options and this young Lady named Faith seemed to know a great deal about there store choices. Which is something I can't say about another very big named pet store based all over the uk.
