I got a horrible haircut from Anitha. She just set up the hair from back side to cover the mess. Even while doing the facial, she kept going out and made me wait. And when i showed the haircut to the manager the next day he asked us to come in to get it fixed. But when we went there, that manager guy was not there and Anitha came to us and started sayin "come in, i know what to do this time" ina sarcastical manner. Such a poor experience and waste of money..

It's my very first visit and felt worth choosing. Neat and Professional service. Friendly staff and done their part well. Must prefer if you are in and around Ambattur. I done keratin spa, detan, brightening facial and pedicure. Loved overall service and thanks Elakkiya for your patience and professionalism in all service. Definitely recommend my friends and can't wait to visit again for my haircut and keratin treatment ♥️

So what is the solution for this. I have done 4 times before this I know how to handle. Your team has not done properly and it's your mistake so u accepted and reimbursed. But day by day my hair has completely spoiling I can fell it.

Initially came for my daughter's hair cut and Arati did her best. Even my daughter liked the cut very much hence I myself visited the salon to take hair cut and highlighting service again by Arati. Awesome experience. 5/5 in all aspects like professionalism, friendly, customising the package. Worth for the money.

i did keratin for my hair in stuido 11 salon at ambattur and I'm so happy with the result. Before my hair was very dry and frizzy but now it looks good and many of my relatives commented so good. too bad. No one should go to studio 11 ambattur branch. Very bad. botox treatment They do it badly. Cash will go. I paid 7000 for botox and it looked good till the first wash. When I complained, the lady there said that it was because I did not do the maintenance. Botox lasts only 4 days. This is the first time I see a beauty parlor that says L'Oreal is bad. There is no such thing as cash going to those who go there.
