I had visited this hospital for my mom’s heart treatment second opinion. I was made to spend almost 4-5 hours to meet the doctor. The waiting time can be reduced but not sure why they are making the patients to wait such a long time. Finally when I met the doctor after checking the documents he gave an estimation sheet for the operation with the amount I need to pay. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the hospital if you are going for the checkup.

One of the best hospital for cardiac patient. I am from Kolkata but always prefer Chennai for treatment. You can consult with Dr Vijit Sir, the best doc out there. If u r a new patient pls visit to OPD first and get the appointment. Other than that, ya the hospital is neat and clean and stuffs are helpful, yeah they understand Hindi and English mostly and they are helpful too. They talk to you politely and compared to any private hospital in Kolkata. You can visit here especially for cardiac, they provide Quality Treatment surely. Sometime you have to wait for a long to visit the doc but that is okay if you get the well treatment end of the day.

A Good hospital in chennai city. I came to this hospital for my infertility treatment. All the staffs here took a good care of me during my treatment till my delivery. Still I am going to this hospital with my son now for his vaccination purpose but the care n support is still the same. Unsatisfied with you security service worst on parking service too we people paying money but we didn’t get parking service which only valet parking but which is more than 2km in case any accident happens you people will say we are not responsible for damage parking is only available for doctor don’t no why and also securities are very rude to patients increase man power seriously worst service give importance to customers we people only pay for everything

Despite my doubts doctor's assistant assured me that Dr will be available at 8am time slot assigned to me. But Dr. came at 11:30am. And I consulted him at 1 pm. The hospital is very poor in maintaining time slot. The management did not inform us that hospital is closed for visitors at 8am that day due to scheduled annual event. There seems to be zero coordination between management and doctor's assistants. I do not recommend this hospital. For the high fee they charge they can do better service.

Considered to be one of the best hospitals for cardiology has its own merits and demerits. +ve: People - Doctors and staffs are friendly and approachable. -ve: System - One of the worst. U can visit only if you have patience. Echo is advised for almost everyone (not sure if it is just for revenue), the number of ECHO scanning rooms is just 3. This leads to a huge delay. I did not see single soul happy with the terrible waiting time in the queue. (A screen displays what is your number in the queue) Imagine the time u may need to wait to see Doctor. Parking: If you come after 8 AM, do not even think about getting a parking slot inside the campus.

TREATMENT - Best treatment for heart surgery and doctors are very knowledgeable.Taking good care of patients. Nurses are very kind. INSURANCE DEPT - They don't even know the meaning of cashless treatment, even after submitting insurance details they will ask to pay the full amount for the treatment and after the treatment they will send the money back, that is their procedure.Then what is the use of insurance card. So don't go here if you have insurance that is of no use. BLOOD BANK - They will use the blood for surgery from their blood bank and they will ask us to arrange the blood for replacement that is ok I can accept, but if the donors come for blood donation all the way from various parts of city and nearby states they simply said blood bank time over come tomorrow, is this the way they will treat the donors, do you people even know what is the value of blood and blood donors. Especially the old man in blood bank is very rude to blood donors, he will not work not even 5 mins after blood bank timings , if you still keep him as incharge here, no donors will come back here for donation. PARKING - parking is an another nightmare, there is a parking but we can park only 30 cars, such a big hospital with very poor parking, need to wait for half an hour for parking and taking out our vehicles Patients should wait outside till they get our vehicles. OVERALL - Good for heart treatments, All good except the above complaints.

The Cardiac Out Patient service is excellent The staff members and the doctors are very helpful and kind-hearted. I have been consulting Dr. Ramkumar since 2018. He is one of the best gem of a person. Beyond being my doctor, he is like one of my family members. He is very optimistic and gives confidence to me always. Anyone who has got a cardiac problem and needs a cardiologist's opinion can consult him without any fear or hesitation.

My father in law passed away recently even before we admitted him in the hospital. However they took care to ensure that all formalities were completed. Everything was taken care of meticulously. The Death Certificate from the Corporation and the Cause of Death Certificate, was all issued and the best part, was not a penny was charged. In these days of charging fees for the silliest reasons, this comes as a breath of fresh air! Wish MMM all the very best in all their future endeavours.

Madras Medical Mission is an outstanding institution.. every staff, doctors,anesthesiologists, surgeons, physician assistants, nurses take utmost care for the patients. All surgeons are extremely meticulous in their craftsmanship (surgical procedures). All complex heart surgeries take place there.. making the impossible a possibility. Although all surgeons are extremely knowledgeable with immense experience.. they all are humble and down to earth personalities. Busy yet happy place to work. Highly recommend. Apart from cardiac surgeries.. transplants, infertility treatments, dialysis, nuclear medicine also take place.. overall it’s an excellent hospital.

I'm coming from Dindigul every year to consult Dr. Latchumana Das only because of the confidence I receive from here. I have been categorised as high risk patient in all other hospitals. Whereas I have been treated so well and operated in this hospital and got saved. This hospital is like another temple for me. I'm very much thankful to Dr. Rajan, Dr. Latchumana Das and Mr. Britto who never allowed me to get down on my confidence. Getting appointment from Dr. Lachumanadhas Cardiologist has been a such a difficult task. Not sure whether he /his department is most busy in the whole world or his staff purposely giving appointments only to their friends or relatives. I have been trying to get his review appointment for my aged father past 2 months. Problem is too many people just go and fall for one good popular doctor while the other good doctors are difficult to find. Maybe time to look for alternative cardiologist in Chennai city. Had admitted my wife for a procedure at MMM. Dr Sivakumar and his team were amazing. The ease at which he did everything gave us lots of confidence and he is the best. Hospital admin has made strict controls due to the Covid protocol and this may be time consuming but I think it is for the overall safety. Special mention to two persons. Jessy from insurance who handled all the pressures with just a smile and took care of everything and Marry at the ward whose Patient care was extraordinary. Excellent set of Clinicians and Care givers. Let alone the medical side i.e doctors and nursing staff who are beyond excellence, my experience as in inpatient has been wonderful, right from the admission desk, OPD appointments, house keeping and even the cafe. Cant thank the doctors, nurses and the staff enough for all they they have done and taken care. The customer relations team of the hospital were on the toes to ensure that the whole process from admission to discharge was smooth. The vintage of the hospital and the work being done speaks volumes and the staff seem to put all their focus on keeping the facility in an immaculate condition.

D best place for a heart. I came with my father here cz he wanted to do a checkup for his heart. D admission for a new patient took time so v thought, it will take more time 4 checkup too. But viola, it jus completed in 7 hrs. N I like Dr Ulhas. He's d best n awesome doctor. Of d way, he explained things to us, v understood top 2 bottom. 4 it I'll giv 4 stars. But for canteen, I'll give 3stars cz d food available there is expensive n they giv lil only. Only tea, water, biscuits n chocolates r cheap rates, except that nothing else.

My mother had to undergo a mastectomy surgery in MMM. The surgery was done by Dr Suresh Anand . From the first visit to his clinic and the subsequent visits and now the post operative visit we made to his clinic his words of encouragement has been a great source of strength to my mother and all of us . She has emerged stronger only because of the way Dr.Suresh Anand handled her .A special mention has to be made of his entire team especially sister Kavitha in his office who was very prompt in giving us appointments and guiding us through admission process and updating and guiding us through all the preoperatove tests . The entire team was courteous and always quick to give any kind of assistance or support we needed.

Great work from the management. They took special care for cardiac patients.Everyone From Technical staffs,Nurses, Doctors, Surgeon are very polite and experienced. We can notice that the hospital was well maintained and clean. Normally every hospital has that smell but here you don't feel like that. The only thing that they want to improve in parking section. The Outpatient department for Cardio is excellent. The staff members are very kind and helpful.They are handling patients and attenders in a polite manner. The staff members completely guide us when we go for taking any test report. The Physician whom we consult has very good experience in cardiology. He handles patients with care and in a very humble manner which creates space for interaction. Overall a nice experience. Thanks everyone in OPD T Block.

This is an excellent institution for cardio problem. It has given a very good quality of life. Amazing. The cardiac team is more than fantastic. Dr.Ezhilan a renowned cardiologist US an asset to the institution and to me. The front office in T block is really doing a commendable and excellent job. Together with this front office team the hospital with raise up to the topmost place in cardiology

The hospital is really good. But the out patient section needs some attention. We have got appointment before one year and reached by 6 am. The waiting hall is getting opened by 7 am only. There's no first come first served basis for registration. Those who came late are going in early if they are smart enough to get the tokens. There's no social distancing followed. The chaos is getting created because of the management only. It can be avoided very well if there's an system to record the entry for registration or some token issued based on the reporting time and allowing the registration based on the token numbers. Didn't want to reduce the stars because of this reason. Gave 3 stars so that the review will be attended. Other than the one issue, hospital deserves 5 stars

I am a urologist. On October 27, I had my routine cardiac consultation with Nandha Kumar cardiologist, here. He is extremely rude, immature and inexperienced.The hospital ambience itself is pleasant, and parking adequate. The other staff are polite. There shd be a feedback form. Cardiac Checkup takes 7 hrs, which they cd look into.

This hospital is the worst I've encountered; even government hospital staff demonstrate better hospitality. There's inadequate on-site parking, with the nearest parking located nearly 1 kilometer away. Additionally, pets are not permitted in the parking area.

Honest, professional, and well maintained. The hospital is one of the best in Chennai for heart ailments. Dr. Aashish and his team are thorough professionals. The ICU and CCU departments are outstanding. They treat patients like kings. The only feedback I have is about the billing, front office and insurance department. The process of shifting from CCU to Rooms needs more coordination. Insurance department and billing needs to be in sync. Special mention to the food and house keeping department. Both are brilliant. The costs are nominal and not inflated. The process is very transparent.

Last year, I underwent a successful kidney transplant at the Madras Medical Mission Hospital. The hospital staff provided excellent care throughout the process. The surgery was performed by Dr. Curian, a cardiologist and nephrologist Dr Rajeeva Mam and team (Selvi mam, madhu sister) all the staff take care well. The surgery did well no complications and we were discharged. Thanks to the excellent care provided by the Madras Medical Mission Hospital, I am now on the path to recovery.

Cardiology department's service from appointment, junior consultantion, varied tests are well processed by the staff, lessening the waiting time even during peak crowd. Special care for Senior citizens n wheel chair service is excellent. Staff at reception n dept desk are very obliging. Cardiac Consultants are very experienced and apt treatment is rendered.

Its been almost a year since my mother in law was treated there - just one word - nightmare - that after 1 year I decided to write about it. I have never seen nurses who are so incompetent in a big hospital, the reception staff who were so arrogant and the residents - no word to define them. Please do not go for private rooms - in the name of feedback and hospitality, they do not let you or the patient sleep; they keep on torturing regarding the feedback. the residents/junior doctors - the moment they work for big doctors, they all think that they are God. what an attitude. all residents/ICU doctors were coming up with their own opinions of patient care, no consensus. because of their incompetence, my MIL had infection at the surgery site (not checked while in ICU for more than 10 days) we had to spend another few lakhs and took more days. we finally planned to shift her against medical advice to another hospital near our home. we literally had to beg them to let us go and the ICU staff and administrative people took 10 hours to discharge her despite repeated request over a couple of days. Useless people. also, btw, their diagnosis is wrong about the type of infection. we had second and third opinion, and everyone agreed that they made a big mistake in even identifying the right treatment course. thankfully the consultant cardiologist and surgeon were humble and great.

I 'preethi' took my father who had severe bloating and constipation for months to Madras medical mission hospital gastro department, We consulted Dr.nageswara rao- senior consultant, I was totally impressed by the way my father was treated first time and the way he followed up. He is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services.Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. Apart from dedication , he also has slight wit which impresses me more resulting in great relief from stress while chatting with him . Dr. Nageswara Rao's demeanor has highly put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.

I recently experienced the services of The Madras Medical Mission Hospital, and my overall impression is highly positive. The cardiac surgeon Dr. Jacob Jamesraj and The cardiologist Dr. Ramkumar clarified all our doubts regarding CABG surgery and clearly explained about the post surgery medications which should be followed in the upcoming days.I would also like to thank Mr. Ganesh from the billing department who assisted me with the billing process and made the process hassle free.

At the outset let me thank Dr Rajeeva & Dr Saravanan for my successful Kidney transplant Surgery. During my first consultation Dr. Rajeeva examined me thoroughly and explained in detail the process, procedure, outcome, the costs and answered all my queries. While the Doctor is very courteous, personable and unassuming, one also feels confident listening to her and her professional approach instils the confidence about her ability to deliver results. Due to the positive vibes that I received, I had more or less made-up my mind and requested the doctor for prescription of the pre-surgery tests. During my second consultation, I met the doctor Saravanan with all my reports, had few more of my queries answered to make sure my decision was correct, as my donor is in her 60+ not the best age for undergoing the procedure. Once the final decision was made both doctors helped with all the hospital arrangements and formalities. The surgery went as planned and during the post operative period, doctors visited regularly and did all what was necessary. During the entire process right from the first contact till date, doctor Rajeeva is hands on and does everything what is needed herself, without relying or passing on to some one else. This gave me tremendous confidence and believe me doctor does respond very promptly any time day or night, be it for a query or an emergency, which I have personally experienced. I had an unrelated medical event a few days after the surgery and on contacting the doctor, she organized everything that was required and was with me till the issue was completely addressed. Attention to my situation has been truly amazing. I am now on my way to full recovery and the results are way more than my expectations and bears testimony to the competence and skill of Dr. RAJEEVA and Dr Saravanan. After surgery care is a class of its own and unmatched and beyond comparison. I would highly recommend Dr. Rajeeva, Dr Saravanan and the entire nepro team ( Madhu ,Selvi & the whole unit) for their outstanding job.

I have found Madras medical mission hospital very nice and excellent the hole staff are very competent, cooperative sincere and faithful on their duties doctors are very nice and they know what is best for patient. And international patient staff are very helpfull.

We felt very bad experience to meet the doctor in paediatric cardiology section. Though doctors are very good still need an proper system to address the patient. They should review the system to address this issue. Every visit I faced the same problem. Today we have awaited from 9.40 am to 4.30 pm to meet the doctor after all pre test been done. I am not blaming the doctors they are having lot of priorities but that should intimate to patient we are simply waiting without any clue. Hope it will get sorted out soon. Personally saying it is the good hospital for heart diseases but service need to sorted out.

It is our first baby and for the first 4 months we were in Hyderabad, getting treated by a corporate hospital in Gachibowli. We had to move back to Chennai in 5-6 month and when we consulted Doctor Nithya, we had no clue how the treatment was going to be. I have recently availed treatment from IRM and i strongly recommend the hospital for its hygiene and expert doctors. With proper care and guidance..this hospital comparatively has a high rate of normal delivery. Special thanks to the Dr. Kundavi and the floor coordinator for keeping the patients engaged throughout the process. I was nursed with proper care throughout the labour till delivery. However the hospital has a large footfall for their IRM services and will be supergood if the wait time of the patients can be reduced.

Excellent service in the cardiology department. Dr. Kalaiselvan is like one of our family member. He treats us with atmost care. Almost 5 of my family members are consulting Dr. Kalai. Services in the cardiac OPD is fine and excellent. There was good hospitality. Dr. Latchumana Das consultation was clear and happy.
