We went to this hospital for emergency treatment to one of my family member. The nurses are not experienced but somewhat good in their work and only one doctor available for the night shift. He came so sleepy not even wash his face and take some notepad and written some scribble for name sake in front of me ( I see only lots of little lines in the notepad, no starting letter or ending letter of medicine). Very worst doctor ever i seen. They asked Rs.1200 for 1 glucose and some medicines) and the worst part is they said printer is not working and didnt given bill instead of that they wrote the bill details in white paper. We asked for bill detail in doctors notepad but they said doctor went out and asked us to collect the bill on tomorrow. They are simply money minded and no good treatment.

Before while admitting the told it will Rs.30,000 Note: 1.In the same room more 4 people were admitted.. 2.No one was allowed to see Are talk to him. 3.We own medical shop we were suggested to this hospital. 4.Total 20 hour's we're bill for Rs.80,000.. 5.Now (24.4.2021)Saturday tomorrow lockdown day after tomorrow Monday 3day 2 lakes 2,40,000.. 6.There are more people charged for lakes. ..................Don't be foolish like I did..................... #stayhomestaysafe

This hospital is not a place for hospitality. Doctors here are only business minded. Their target ranges from 3 to 5 lakhs. Admitted my sister in law 6 days ago . While admitting Doctor Sai Surendar was very polite and talking like a sweet person . But when trying to contact him after admission he was not contactable. Another super doctor Kareem was like sweet ,polite and speaks like he is not selfish and doing his service to save lives . But the reality is very different . Patient transferred from one hospital to another had to wait at least for half an hour to one hour.After paying advance of 2 lakhs they have admitted. Initial treatment was given . But when tried to get information on the patient status , we were not able to get in touch with the doctors. Doctors ,nurses ,even the attenders are not good. There is no space for the patients . ICU ward is very worst where there was only 4 feet space was there between patients They have separated by just screens. Even government hospital would have been far far better . This place has contract with hell I believe , they ensure that their targets are met. If you want to save your loved ones please don't admit here. I have spent 4.25 lakhs only for 3.5 days . I have lost our beloved sisters lives. Please it's our humble request , please think before admitting. Government hospitals are supporting far far better . Please think about it . It's not annai hospital ,they have to change the name to Kollai hospital . Not even worth for single rating

I went there for chest pain and the general physician was extremely unprofessional and rude.Without even asking for any explanation and proper symptoms she directly suggested me to take injection never mentioned -why i have to take it and what it is... Nothing .... And when I was concerned and asked about it she was rude. The handling of patients was soo unprofessional, she didn't even examine me properly and came to a conclusion. Wouldn't recommend going here.

Wouldnt recommend the hospital. They play with patients life for money. The chairperson is so greedy he hasnt settled money for many of the associate doctors who worked with him in the hospital. He is very money minded

Dr Sai showed a hygienic bed facility . I trusted that and I admitted my mom in this hospital . But atlast my mom was provided with pathetic room, poor treatment and services, moreover they dint even informed me while transferring my mom to oxygen support. I truly dono how this hospital gets such positive reviews, moreover money minded ppl. They asked us to pay 1, 10000 during discharge and ambulance fee of 8000/- but the treatment was pathetic . Also they also added that they dint had Remdesivir injection at the last minute. They don’t have experienced doctors/ nurses . My mom’s hand was swollen with pus due to their incorrect injection/ IV . Horrible experience. Do not play with ppl life for the sake of money!

I received immediate attention from the moment I walked into Annai Multispeciality Hospital,Virugambakkam.The receptionist was very kind to guide me to the casuality ward.I found that the Doctors and Nurses were all very attentive and caring.The bills were very reasonable too.I would definately recommend this Hospital to all my friends and relatives.Kudos to Dr Sai Surender and his Team.

Worst service ..Money motive hospital. After paying the bill they are not even treat you like human ..They make mistake in my final bill , but I have visit the hospital 3 time they are not even response properly . I called the front end that lady staff simply disconnect the call . That manager response was not satisfied. Unavoidable situation of my father heart attack I was visited this hospital. Try to avoid ..

Avoid if possible. Staff is not that well trained. Scissors are blunt so cant even cut bandage properly. Doctors and nurses dont even wear masks even while on covid duty. Cleanliness is not at par. Inshort my pet goes to a beyter clinic. Visited this place only cos of emergency. I pray to god that i never have to go here again.

Good facilities, value for money. Excellent care by a team of experienced professionals. Would recommend for those in the area, as it's a boon. Got good care for a covid patient and was not very expensive. Best wishes to continue the good work and expand branches to other areas in Chennai.

I am not at all surprised by the negative reviews. Do you really care about the patients coming here ? Since it is so called multi speciality hospital, i took my friend's mother here for her stomach pain. I really don't know, on what basis they concluded that as ulcer. She was in severe pain after taking their medications. Later when we took her to another hospital they found out that there is a stone in her kidney. Do you really treat you own family members in this same way ? Pls don't visit here.

Please comment for this also. This is what you injection/medicine does. This shows how well your team have practiced in medicine. Please show humanity to people's life rather money minded.

One of the worst hospital i have seen in recent times. It is named as multi speciality hospital but it doesn't look like a one. They don't have enough equipments in-place and not maintaining the environment clean. Treatment - 'Worst'. My mom was admitted due to stomach pain (later in another hospital we found it was due to stone) and they have declared it as ulcer (just with their assumption just took blood test alone) and told they have been giving treatment for the same. For straight 17+ hours she was been in pain and not able to bear it. We discharged from their and admitted in another hospital. To note , in the other hospital they were able to stabilize her in 2 hours I surely know they will come up with some reasons, i saw the other reviews but over the period it became even more worse only. No one should go to this hospital, they only care for money.I was admitted for two days with typhoid (slight variation in blood test) and a lot of antibiotics and my body was totally collapsed.The doctor comes to consult six times in two days and charges more than one thousand rupees for each consultation. please don't go there.
