Good shop to buy your gold, silver and diamond jewellery. Collections can be lesser compared to other shops but that’s understandable because the commercial space on which the shop’s located is small. Staff are quite polite and hospitable and like any other gold shop billing can take time.

I had to give one star since there is no option for 0 star...WORST SERVICE . I'm walking to their showroom and house for the past one year for a defective diamond stud purchased from them,.The studs screw became unusable the very next week itself.I had given the studs for repair three time,atlast they made me pay 2000 Rs for repair work which I was not informed prior....Not at all customer favorable, pls BEWARE with the sales team as they force you to invest in their scheme and later if you go for any repair service they waste your time and money.Im never going back to them again.Malabar and GRT do a great job in terms of service and repair..

I have opened an scheme in Khazana and MAY MONTH payment I have done through net banking and now the amount has been debited from my account and again it's showing me to repay for same MAY MONTH..... I tried so many time to reach out customer care and there is no response and from the branch side also there is not proper support I NEED A FAST RESPONSE FROM KHAZANA

The worst jewellery buying experience one can have. We spent close to an hour selecting bracelets and ear studs, out of their limited collection, and then due to their attitude and behaviour, we had to step out of the shop. Complete ZERO on customer experience. No wonder why their store is always empty. Please work on your PR and train your staff on how to behave with customers. And on top of all this, one staff is pestering us to open a savings scheme with them.

Overcrowded in the evenings. Not a COVID safe place. Better to visit either in the morning hours or before 4.00 in the afternoon.

Anna nagar khazana product quality is ok. But poor service. They have limited choice so we take some time to buy because it is gold. They did not realise the difference between real and fake customer. They didnt gave seat for sit and after only gave chair thats was also not us to keep our bag. While doing purchase they repeatedly canvas to join the gold scheme. Every shops not only this they give respect for high purchaser only.
