The best bakery of Tahiti. The french baguette 🥖 is really crispy. I love the chocolate bread and the salmon quiche. I live far from there but I can’t stand to buy their pastries. They were open on the 14th July, on working holiday as usual. Everything is great, from the welcoming of the team to the freshness of their pastries. You absolutely have to go to « Le Fournil Hautbois » 🙌👌👍

Just mouthwatering! Everything we tried was amazing: pizza, chicken sandwich, croque monsieur and pastries. Definitely make time to try this place!

Great little bakery with perfect French breads, classic ham+cheese sandwiches, and assorted viennoiseries that will give you a butter overdose! Good prices too - 150F for a croissant is very fair for being a little island in the middle of the ocean, and they also had favourites like giant pains au raisin, generously filled almond croissants, and addictive kouign amanns. If you're staying at the nearby Sofitel/ex-Le Méridien, skip their brekkie and come here. It's less than a ten minute walk Also, though I know how to pronounce French, I prefer to pronounce "hautbois" as "hot boys". Those bakers could knead my dough all day long! ;)

The locals say this is the best patisserie in Tahiti. It's hard to argue with that.

Delicious French bakery...we went back a second time, and was just as a good as anything you would find in France. We tried baguettes, quiche, and pastries.

Be ready to wait in line and don’t miss this place if you are going to the west side beaches 🏝 of the island. The most delicious sandwiches and French baked bread … cakes… cookies…

This place is amazing and everything here is SO delicious. I went a few times and tried something new each time. Their profiteroles were my favorite and it was my first time trying them! The chocolate croissant was really good along with their hot dog in a bun. The ladies working here were always very kind and helpful. I am already missing their tasty treats

Amazing bread, pastries and desserts! Must tries are the fougasse- a soft but crusty flat bread topped with savory items like cheese, salmon, tomatoes or ham. Also the pain de cacao, madeleines, croissants and chocolate flan. The staff was very kind and patient despite our lack of French language skills ☺️! We’ve also tried the location north of Papeete and everything there was outstanding as well!

Everyone loves a crispy baguette. We sampled probably eight different options in & around Papeete. This was by far the favorite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
