Lovely place where you can eat delicious things. Exquisite and trained staff.

We spent two wonderful weeks of vacation here. The complex is very nice and clean, with a great pool. Since there are only three holiday apartments it is very quiet. The apartment was very generously equipped for us, two adults. The hosts were very loving and generous. We often got our own fruit from the garden. We have already stayed in other holiday apartments in this area, but this was the best so far and we felt very warmly welcomed by the family. Communication worked great.

Our stay was exceptional in this oasis of peace surrounded by greenery. For lovers of good edible oil it is an essential stopover. I will remember with pleasure the welcome and kindness of the owners, the sunset in the pool with the swallows, the cicadas that kept me company during my remote working days, the well-kept garden and the scents of the plants and flowers that Giorgio and Cinzia expertly know deal with. We will return with pleasure to recharge again from our hectic and monotonous days. Thanks Nirvana

Simply fantastic! A paradisiacal place to forget the rest of the world for the duration of your vacation. We know many vacation spots in Tuscany, but this one is, without words, the most beautiful. Why? Because the hosts Cindy and Gorgio produce their own olive oil and other delicacies such as apricot jam and pickled artichokes and have their hearts in the right place. We laugh, eat and drink together. Thanks to the very good bed and the quiet air conditioning when you need it, we sleep great! We booked 14 days, but it is so wonderfully quiet here and so relaxing by the pool that we extended our vacation for another week. So 21 fantastic days of vacation! The fairytale places like Bolgheri, "Cafe Posta" can be reached in 15 minutes and Castagneto Carducci "Napoletarian pizza at Da Ciro" in 10 minutes. The magnificent sea with the beach restaurant and lounger rental “Santa Lucia” can also be reached in 10 minutes. You don't have to fly to the Caribbean when happiness is so close.

Beautiful location. confidentiality, hospitality, silence. An experience lived immersed in the greenery and at the edge of the splendid swimming pool. The apartments have their own private space, Piergiorgio welcomes guests with kindness and professionalism. The variety of foods is excellent, all strictly produced on site and genuine. The wine and oil produced by the farm are excellent. Excellent location just a few km from the sea and Bolgheri. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Lovely place with nice positive energy. Immersed in nature, it is a beautiful experience for the mind and body. You arrive destroyed, you leave and you are reborn. Thanks to Giorgio and his wonderful family they manage a jewel.

It was very very nice!!! The property and the apartment were just terrific! The hosts Cindy and Giorgio are just awesome..... Extremely nice and very helpful. Since we were in Tuscany for the first time, they gave us lots of tips... When looking for a beach or restaurants, it was always very helpful! I was invited to wine and always got fruit from our own garden. We could even try the olive oil that they produce themselves on Giorgio's homemade pasta dish!!!! Simply brilliant.....! The pool is large and very well maintained. All in one it was beautiful and just very relaxing! If it is possible to vacation in Tuscany again, we would only come here!

Enchanting location surrounded by olive trees and very close to the nearest beach. A place of absolute peace where the sounds of nature reign supreme. Super welcoming apartments, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. The food? To say excellent is an understatement. We tasted the delicacies prepared by the skilled hands of Cinzia and Giorgio and felt pampered. Their family welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home.
