Apparently it might seem like a very expensive center but if we compare the professionalism of the medical staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the equipment, the kindness and punctuality of the reception and finally the speed in obtaining the results, the conclusion is that the expense is commensurate with the type of service! I started my competitive activity way back in '86 at the Cascine sports medicine center and after almost 40 years I continue the journey together with them!!!

Booking a visit was very complicated for me. The site is terrible I had to redo the procedure 4 times. Via telephone I gave up after waiting 37 minutes. I highly recommend a technology upgrade

Terrible! Don't go! Organization to make you laugh! They called me while I was parking (30 minutes before the visit) because I came from far away and had an hour's drive to make, so I left early, they told me that the technician to do an electroencephalogram for a sports check-up on my little girl was ill. They had known since the morning and I had an appointment at 3.40pm. Just as they also knew that I had to drive 1 hour and when booking over the phone they assured me that I would have the result on the same day. I asked if it was possible to find a substitute to take the exam and I was told no, that it was a private institute and that's how it worked. I asked to speak to a manager and a rude rude woman showed up and even made fun of me by telling me that I had probably been called in the morning but hadn't answered! I said that no one had called me and she replied that if you wanted, everything was recorded with the switchboard and you could see the calls! So I asked to download the phone call list but the mysterious person in charge left saying she didn't have time to waste on me! A joker!
