Very nice appartments with new furniture. Appartments are equipped with kitchen. Amazing view to the lake.

Wonderful place to stay in Tuscany, only about 20mins drive from Florence and 35 mins from arrezo. Beautiful location close to the mountains. The accommodation is wonderful tuscan style apartments with balconies overlooking the fishing Lakes. There's a lovely pool area and pool bar for drinks and snacks. There's also a lovely restaurant which is very popular with the locals. Rebecca looked after us well and speaks very good English. The location is indeed tranquil, but only a short drive to the motorway and a great base to explore this beautiful part of Italy. Highly recommended for a wonderful holiday.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The place is hidden in the middle of Tuscany and is incredibly calm. The room is very big, well equipped and clean. The bathroom as well. The only thing I would change is adding a bit more light, but that's just a detail. The service is very friendly and helpful. They tought us how to make a pizza and wrote down the full recipe :) The restaurant is just amazing. The restaurant garden is enormous and we were afraid that it will be like those big "all inclusive hotels" filled with tourists, but not at all. Every single evening, there are about 100 local people coming to eat fresh pizza and local dishes. Let this be the proof of quality. I think there's no need to add anything more :) The swimming pool is quite big (bigger than it appears on the pictures actually). During the day, it's kind of full of kids, but around 6 PM it is just perfect. You can swim freely, listening to some relaxing music and enjoying Tuscan sun. It is just a shame it's not open after 6:30 Still, I will come back, that's for sure!

Booked last august.. The place was dirty and we had to transfer rooms. Mosquitoes everywhere.. The rooms weren't cleaned properly for the next bookers which was sad. The internet was atrocious! For more than half the stay we didn't have internet at all. I wouldve given a 1 star but the restaurant had amazing food and service.

Very nice food and don't forget to try Carbonara di mare!

Local delicious food, cheap and tasty, some tasty and unique dishes . Local families load the place , nice and genuine atmosphere, loved the place!!

Nice location, good Italian pizza, fair prices, kind service

Staying here second day and I'm very satsfied. Best option for reasonable price!
