I
UPDATE
THIS
REVIEW,
as
with
considerable
speed
and
great
professionalism
and
empathy,
I
was
contacted
by
the
Health
Director
of
the
structure,
Dr.
Valentina
Di
Gregori,
who,
in
offering
an
apology
from
the
clinic
and
her
personal
ones,
in
reassuring
me
of
the
fact
that
my
complaint
will
be
followed
up
with
a
suitable
investigation
and
possible
measures,
he
proposed
to
have
my
relative
repeat
the
visit
to
(and
at
the
expense
of)
the
San
Pier
Damiano
facility,
among
other
things
with
one
of
the
top
specialists
order
operating
in
the
facility.
The
Director
was
also
very
careful
in
listening
to
the
details
of
the
story
and
very
kind,
highlighting
me
as
attitudes
of
the
type
I
have
described,
cannot
be
tolerated
within
the
clinic
she
directs,
even
less
if
they
come
from
specialist
doctors
who
are
required
to
have
the
highest
degree
of
professionalism
and
attention.
I
sincerely
thank
the
Director
Di
Gregori
and
change
the
stars
to
5
by
virtue
of
the
attention
shown.
..................................................
..................................................
I
filed
a
complaint
with
the
Medical
Director
and
AUSL
after
I
accompanied
a
relative
to
an
orthopedic
visit
and
she
came
back
broken
and
mortified.
A
lot
of
queue
for
admission
to
then
have
a
few
minutes
of
visit
(accredited
with
the
public).
I
read
here
other
reviews
that
tell
the
same
things
that
happened
to
us:
probably
the
same
Doctor,
listless,
cold,
who
does
not
even
look
at
the
MRI
disk
and
just
reads
the
report
(a
true
specialist
attitude,
congratulations);
superficial
and
silent
visit,
indelicate
and
judgmental
phrases
about
the
patient,
rudeness
and
arrogance,
and
in
the
end,
no
anamnesis,
no
explanation
of
the
general
situation,
advice
fired
without
even
ascertaining
other
pathologies
or
drugs
taken,
only
the
invitation
to
do
therapies
that
,
as
pointed
out
by
Dr.
"they
cost
pennies"
and,
obviously,
the
offer
to
make
them
with
her
(of
course,
right,
in
a
hurry!).
Patient
treated
like
a
poor
fellow
who
went
to
beg,
when
the
NHS
pays
for
these
visits
and
demands
a
level
of
excellence.
No
listening,
no
explanation,
a
coldness
and
a
chill
of
disarming
behavior.
We
wanted
to
return
to
the
clinic
to
continue
the
journey,
we
know
that
Dr.
Zmerly
is
there,
who
they
say
is
very
good,
and
in
any
case
to
start
a
treatment
process
at
San
Pier
Damiano,
but
the
patient
visited
has
reached
such
a
degree
of
anguish.
with
this
visit,
it
will
be
hard
to
think
about
returning.
At
these
levels
of
coldness,
zero
empathy,
superficiality
in
the
visit,
no
level
of
in-depth
analysis
of
the
patient's
state
and
explanation
to
the
patient
about
his
condition,
and
a
rude
and
annoyed,
at
times
insulting
attitude,
one
must
not
operate
in
the
public
or
in
the
'accredited.
Only
do
the
private,
if
you
believe
that
those
who
come
to
the
public
do
not
have
the
right
to
a
serious
visit.
To
forget.

AGGIORNO
QUESTA
RECENSIONE
,
in
quanto
con
notevole
celerità
e
grande
professionalità
ed
empatia,
sono
stata
contattata
dalla
Direttrice
Sanitaria
della
struttura,
La
Dott.ssa
Valentina
Di
Gregori,
la
quale,
nel
porgere
le
scuse
della
clinica
e
le
sue
personali,
nel
tranquillizzarmi
del
fatto
che
al
mio
reclamo
verrà
dato
seguito
con
una
istruttoria
idonea
e
eventuali
provvedimenti,
mi
ha
proposto
di
far
ripetere,
al
mio
congiunto,
la
visita
presso
(e
a
carico)
della
struttura
San
Pier
Damiano,
tra
l'altro
con
uno
degli
specialisti
di
prim'ordine
che
operano
in
struttura.
La
Direttrice
è
stata
anche
molto
accurata
nell'ascoltare
i
particolari
della
vicenda
e
molto
gentile,
evidenziandomi
come
atteggiamenti
del
tipo
da
me
esposto,
non
possono
essere
tollerati
all'interno
della
clinica
che
dirige,
ancora
meno
se
provengono
da
medici
specialisti
che
sono
tenuti
ad
avere
il
massimo
grado
di
professionalità
e
attenzione.
Ringrazio
di
cuore
la
Direttrice
Di
Gregori
e
modifico
le
stelle
a
5
in
virtù
dell'attenzione
dimostrata.
....................................................................................................
Ho
inoltrato
reclamo
al
Direttore
sanitario
e
ad
AUSL
dopo
che
ho
accompagnato
una
parente
ad
una
visita
ortopedica
e
mi
è
tornata
indietro
affranta
e
mortificata.
Molta
fila
in
accettazione
per
poi
avere
pochi
minuti
di
visita
(accreditata
con
pubblico).
Leggo
qui
altre
recensioni
che
raccontano
le
stesse
cose
accadute
a
noi:
probabilmente
medesima
Dott.ssa,
svogliata,
fredda,
che
non
guarda
nemmeno
il
dischetto
della
risonanza
e
si
limita
a
leggere
il
referto
(un
vero
atteggiamento
da
specialista,
complimenti);
visita
superficiale
e
silenziosa,frasi
indelicate
e
giudicanti
sulla
paziente,
maleducazione
e
arroganza,
e
alla
fine,
nessuna
anamnesi,
nessuna
spiegazione
della
situazione
generale,
consigli
sparati
senza
nemmeno
accertarsi
di
altre
patologie
o
farmaci
presi,
solo
l'invito
a
fare
delle
terapie
che,
come
ha
evidenziato
la
Dott.ssa
"costano
soldini"
e
,
ovviamente,
l'offerta
di
farle
con
lei
(certo
,
come
no,
di
corsa!).
Paziente
trattato
come
un
poveraccio
andato
a
chiedere
l'elemosina,
quando
il
SSN
paga
queste
visite
e
pretende
un
livello
di
eccellenza.
Nessun
ascolto,
nessuna
spiegazione,
una
freddezza
e
un
gelo
di
comportamento
disarmante.
Volevamo
tornare
presso
la
clinica
per
continuare
il
percorso,
sappiamo
che
c'è
il
Dott.
Zmerly
,
che
dicono
essere
molto
bravo,
e
comunque
avviare
un
percorso
di
cura
presso
la
San
Pier
Damiano,
ma
la
paziente
visitata
ha
raggiunto
un
tale
grado
di
angoscia
con
questa
visita
,
che
sarà
dura
pensare
di
tornare.
A
questi
livelli
di
freddezza,
zero
empatia,
superficialità
nella
visita,
nessun
livello
di
analisi
approfondito
dello
stato
del
paziente
e
di
spiegazione
al
paziente
sulla
propria
condizione
,
e
un
atteggiamento
sgarbato
e
seccato,
a
tratti
insultante,
non
si
deve
operare
nel
pubblico
o
nell'accreditato.
Si
faccia
solo
il
privato,
se
si
ritiene
che
chi
si
presenta
con
il
pubblico
non
ha
diritto
ad
una
visita
seria.
Da
dimenticare.
