The staff at B&B Hotel Faenza was one of the nicest group of people we have meet while traveling. From the very first interaction while checking in to the help we received when locked out of the room. They are the BEST customer service oriented team! This included everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff! Kudos!

Staff were excellent, room was very clean. Bed was a little firm. Road noise from the motorway can be heard and there is a noticeable agricultural smell if you open up the windows.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location is nice if you have a car, otherwise it is a bit far from the city center and train station.

The reception staff are a great asset to the hotel. They are all very helpful, friendly & cheerful. The hotel is just minutes from the autostrada but the rooms are quiet, a good size, clean & comfortable. It is also very dog friendly.

Fast efficient book in. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is very conveniently positioned just off the motorway but well insulated so no motorway noise. From the outside the building does not look good but inside is excellent, a well converted factory of some sort.

Great and cheap stay for a bed and breakfast. Room are spartan and sufficient for our stay. Breakfast was good enough. Plenty of space for parking. Close to petrol station and highway. Would probably stay here again

Nice clean well air-conditioned quiet rooms with en-suite shower, solid beds, big TV, fast WiFi and friendly staff. Welcoming breakfast and vending area. Big car park around the building. It's next to the motorway exit of Faenza and 2 km away from a shopping mall with the cheapest but good gas station in town, way cheaper than on the motorway.

Great location for our needs. The very best and friendly service from the receptionist on arrival and from the rest of the staff during our brief visit. Excellent room - clean and well stocked bathroom.

I am not sure what are the real prices but I booked for one night and I paid 150$ for something totally not worth it. The room is clean but super basic. It offers bathroom and a bed. That’s it. Not a kettle, not a fridge or a closet. Considering what the hotel offers it should cost way much less.

All in all a fairly nice hotel, especially for the money, I was most pleased with my room, very nice and modern, however the shower took ages to warm up. Car park is large if not a little untidy, food and drinks including alcohol can be purchased from the reception area, and you can sit in the breakfast room/reception room for a drink. It's not wonderful but for the budget is more than adequate. Conveniently close to the Autostrada.
