Lobby and bar is clean and stocked, friendly staff, rooms however dated

Very nice staff,good service,rooms are clean and the parking in front of the hotel!

Two stars, because this is the real value of this hotel. The restaurant look like in the '80 (comunist style) and the hotel room's are in the same stage, i feel like i'm in the comunist era in my country. The smell of the entire facility is from that period. Sorry guys but I've seen real 4 star hotel and this aint one.

The worst 4* hotel ever. On Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed for dinner! The furnitures are old worn and in bad condition. Walls are dirty. Connectors and switches are loose. Only one connector is available for charging phone which is located under the desk. 🤔 The main light in the room is a fluorescent lamp which is connected to a connector! That's not a 4* hotel. May be in the 70's was good hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were really fine, but I can't say the same about the staff. Receptionist was rather arrogant than amiable

Have stayed 3 nigths. Almost perpect !!!

We stayed there for a ceramics festival. The rooms were fine, if rather basic - a tea/coffee making option would have been good. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a walk fromthe town centre.
