A guided tour to the museum by Matteo Zauli (son of the ceramist whom the museum is named to) worth a visit to Faenza.

A wonderful little gem in the heart of Faenza! They have artists in residence, workshops, curated shows every month or two, a program for high school kids to develop and present serious works of art under mentorship and just the building itself is beautiful. The staff was super accommodating.

(Translated by Google) The museum is located where the artist Carlo Zauli had the workshops and the works present document in a synthetic and essential way the artistic path of this ceramist, sculptor and designer. It is also interesting that the museum is a "living" structure because it supports the activity of young people active in contemporary art.

(Translated by Google) It is a surprise within the city. Exciting and intimate. The works envelop you and the path in the artist's laboratory between ovens, mixers, powder and just sketched works is truly engaging. (Original) È una sorpresa all'interno della città. Emozionante e intimo.

A small museum of works by a 20th century ceramicist that is quite interesting, but probably only the a must see if you already know his work and want to see more of it.
