Wow

Can be a little tricky to find, it’s right next door to the large comet store. Clean and tidy inside, very modern with a kids play area. I find it can have strange opening times, I think possibly 11am it usually opens. As with all Italian restaurants, the ingredients are of a noticeable quality so it’s worth a visit 😁

Das Essen kam schnell an den Tisch, der Burger war frisch und warm die Chicken Wings scharf und lecker. Der Salat könnte ein wenig mehr Dressing brauchen. Es reicht nicht um den ganzen Salat zu benetzen. Was ich schön finde, als Erwachsener bekomme ich statt Cola ein Bier im Preis mit dazu. Top

We had to wait 30 min for our order, which wasn’t particularly big. When it arrived, everything was cold. Not again.

Once again a very very bad service, not organized. 45 minutes, asking 3 times and every time the issue was the gluten free burger. No excuses, and even when the gluten free burger arrived, they keep it for few extra minutes…and it was overcooked.Issues happen but how you react and approach your customer/consumer, makes definitely the difference!Next time in Faenza, let’s always take a pizza or else, forget Mc!

30 mins of waiting to get cold food as a result

This place in Faenza has either very bad management or lazy staff, how can you wait for 2 burgers at fast food restaurant for about 20-25minutes? And there were very few customers!

Big mess and dirty, garbage cans full, food waste on the ground… really unpleasant place

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! The place was very busy so I understand why the food might take a while but we felt like we waited forever. With so many people ordering food the fries should be made constantly, yet somehow ours sat long enough to get cold and tasted stale. The burgers were cold too so the Asiago on mine was like chewing rubber. The Big Mac had so much sauce it fell apart and couldn’t be picked up to eat. Also, no tables were cleaned at all, there was no paper in the ladies room, and no staff cleaning anything. Very bad experience!

Kein einziger vegetarischer Burger. Tisch klebte, Toiletten sehr sehr dreckig. Service war nett.

Personal komplett überfordert. Die Bestellung zum mitnehmen stimmt nicht. Es fehlt ein Teil der Bestellung. Fehler im Management
