Zudem leider sehr zäh und keineswegs zart. Für das teuerste Gericht des Hauses erwarte ich mir definitv mehr. Es darf passieren dass es einmal zu roh ist, jedoch sollte es nicht ein zweites Mal zu roh sein. Desweiteren hätte ich mir zumindest ein Entgegenkommen des Restaurants bei schlechter Fleischqualität erwartet, jedoch auch hier stieß ich auf Unverständnis… Der Rest war gut, jedoch trübte dies das Erlebnis. Die musikalische Auswahl war von Rock über Pop auch nicht wahnsinnig authentisch.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Nettes Personal, hervorragende Gerichte und man sitzt direkt im kühlen Weinkeller. Besonders empfehlen kann ich das Huhn (galleto) con patate! Alternativ kann man auch in der engen Gasse sitzen, dafür muss man aber am Abend reservieren.
