(Translated by Google) I ate at this restaurant a few days ago. I start with the description of the place, beautiful with an ancient history behind it that you find written on the paper placemat on the table. Very particular as a place. Good reception with respect for the covid rules. Excellent service as well as food, good wines. Paid the right. I usually put the receipt because the right is not the same for everyone. Highly recommended and would definitely go back (Original) Ho mangiato in questo ristorante pochi giorni fa. Molto particolare come luogo.

Unbelievable place! Two steps down into the bar, a few more down to the subterranean dining area featuring a vaulted ceiling. I come to Italy several times a year and this some of the best service I've had. The food also gets top marks across the board. Don't hesitate, just go!

(Translated by Google) Very nice restaurant in the center of Brisighella. We went to this place on Sunday for lunch and although we hadn't booked, they managed to find us a table for two. The staff is very polite and customer focused. Menu a little refined and with prices a little higher than the restaurants in the area, but it deserves! We tried two first courses, the gross spoja with pit cheese and truffle and the tortelli with burrata and speck. Both very good !! For dessert I took the millefeuille with mascarpone and berries a little revisited. This is also really great! We will definitely be back to try other dishes! We recommend this place if you are passing by Brisighella! (Original) Ristorante molto carino in centro a Brisighella.

Excellent! Really! Tasty bruscetta's, good red housewine, Excellent ragu Bolognese, sublime 'chocolate pie', very friendly staff, fair price, cosy location. The best restaurant experience I've had so far in my 2-week culinary Italy trip. Michelin star-worthy place in my opinion

A fantastic place to have dinner. All the dishes we tried were delicious and the chef has been so nice to guide us towards lactose free plates and changed some recipes on request.

(Translated by Google) On a very hot day in June, after a "demanding" walk around the streets of Brisighella, we came across this restaurant for a quick half day lunch. Seen from the outside, the restaurant does not suggest what can be discovered once you cross the threshold. The main rooms, in fact, can be reached along a steep staircase that leads to the basement level of this ancient building, where once the cellars were located. The environment is fresh, large and very suggestive. Oozes history! We ordered a magnificent carne salada in cherry chutney for an appetizer and two starters (tagliatelle with meat sauce and gross spoja with goose speck in burrata fondue). Quick, tasty, new and satisfying lunch. Sometimes I am amazed at how beautiful our Italy is and how much the good food that accompanies our walks contributes to confirm my amazement.

(Translated by Google) Arrived for the medieval festival of Brisighella. They have on normal days it seems to me Mon. Wed. Fri. two menus, one with truffles at 50 €. Eaten well. Not taken the wine but it is also a wine shop to see all the wines displayed at the entrance. Suggestive place, you go to eat in a grotto where we were really good with the heat of the day, too bad that we then went back to the heat.

(Translated by Google) The good will of the Chef is appreciable but the dish must definitely be revised! the use of fresh and quality products, however, convinced us. Welcoming environment, very nice staff and at the same time, discreet. Average price but, I repeat, in perfect harmony with the quality offered. The only "sore" note is the house wine ONLY in the bottle, it is a simple S.Giovese sold at € 12 per bottle ... caretto !!!
