Beautiful hotel at a perfect location. Super clean room and hotel premises, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and professional. I would have given 5 stars but the parking was an issue. I had booked a space in but when I arrived late evening I was told that the parking (it's small) was fully booked and I had to leave my keys at the reception because the hotel staff would need to park my car in and out for the other guests to leave. This was not an acceptable option as I had specifically booked a spot and it increased the risk of damage parking a big car in and out of a such tight space. The reception team did however their best and offered that I park in front of the hotel entrance as an alternative. Overall happy with my stay.

Ho alloggiato 15 giorni per l’emergenza alluvione insieme ai colleghi ed è stata un esperienza negativa. Prezzi alti, servizio pessimo (ore di attesa per cena) e personale antipatico che non trasmette neanche un po’ di calore al cliente. Durante le cene non ci veniva mai comunicato il menu, ci portavano piatti mai ordinati e bottiglie di vino sbagliate ogni volta. L’unica nota positiva la colazione e la direttrice che si è scusata molto carinamente.

Pessima esperienza. Ho soggiornato due giorni per lavoro e in una delle due notti ho dovuto sopportare i rumori molesti che provenivano da una sala sottostante la mia camera da letto, facente parte sempre delle struttura alberghiera (dove è situato anche un ristorante). A mezzanotte, ho dovuto rivestirmi, uscire dalla stanza e lamentarmi direttamente con il titolare, che si è scusato dicendomi che la festa sarebbe finita da lì a breve ...ma la cosa insopportabile è lasciare che si organizzi una festa quando si sa che al piano di sopra dorme un ospite che ha pagato la stanza ... Comportamento imbarazzante oltre che poco educato professionalmente .... Mah ...contenti voi ... Non mi vedrete mai più ovviamente.... Ultima nota : personale molto freddo, distaccato, impersonale, assolutamente poco empatico ....eppure siamo nella terra della accoglienza ....boh....

Una nota di merito all'addetto alla reception: Michele, di un garbo e una disponibilità come pochi, attento, professionale e molto dolce con il mio bambino. Peccato che l'albergo sia un po' datato e si vede, la moquette che riveste tutti i pavimenti,che io personalmente detesto, era sporca e logora in molti punti, l'ascensore un po' strettino...con qualche sistemazione si potrebbe fare molto meglio!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel più volte per lavoro e per periodi abbastanza lunghi e ho sempre ricevuto un ottimo trattamento. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulite, ben arredate, complete di tutto: frigo, TV, bollitore, macchina per il caffè e letto alla francese molto comodo. Anche il bagno è particolarmente curato negli spazi con un ampia doccia. Durante la mia permanenza ho avuto il piacere di conoscere di più Nadia seria e professionale, Elio grande esperto di vini, Betty allegra e gioviale... e comunque tutto lo staff, di bella presenza, è sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente. Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare per una notte in questo meraviglioso hotel, prenotato non da me ma dalla mia titolare per poter partecipare ad un corso di formazione, tenutosi a Lugo. Beh che dire, per me una grande scoperta, in una posizione facile da raggiungere, con comodo parcheggio, personale cordiale, giovane e professionale. Una location a dir poco spettacolare, ambienti molto spaziosi, accoglienti, confortevoli, puliti e arredati con buon gusto. La nostra camera era dedicata a "Tonino Guerra", all'interno ho potuto ammirare i dettagli che parlavano di lui, alcuni suoi testi e tele. Non mancava proprio nulla, tendone per non fare entrare luce, cassaforte, frigo bar ben fornito, armadio capiente con sufficienti grucce appendi abiti, televisore, panchetta porta bagagli, un bel divano all'ingresso grande e comodo. Ho potuto anche gustarmi un buon caffè appena arrivata in camera perché sulla scrivania ho trovato la macchinetta con cialde, zucchero, tisana, thè, tazze, tovagliolini,cucchiaini e bollitore elettrico. Beh che dire? Top.... In bagno poi, la chicca... la lampada appesa al muro che ti scalda quando esci dalla doccia per non prendere freddo. Vari classici prodotti per l'igiene personale e addirittura ho trovato il kit per l'igiene orale con spazzolino e dentifricio. Accappatoio con pantofole, appendini per la biancheria che ho trovato pulitissima come tutto il resto. Colazione ottima, con molta scelta e abbondante. Ho cenato al ristorante e ho mangiato ottimo cibo, ben servito, ben impiattato. Tavola apparecchiata con fiori freschi, lampada con luce delicata e ho cenato in un'atmosfera calda e rilassante quindi..... consigliatissimo!

I was there one night, good ratio price/ quality, rooms simple but clean, perfect location for sightseeing.
