The sandwich tastes really amazing, and those guys really offered us an excellent service. Abby is a friendly and enthusiastic lady. Welcome to Mugg and bean for meal.
Thank you for the good service Pretty👌👌👌 Food was perfect and fresh
We went for a breakfast this morning thinking it would be a nice treat for my family on our holiday. It was awful. Service are so bad and the food cold. My eggs hit wrongly placed and came to tell me sorry its scrambled now. The scones are a blob of dough not the normal nice and fresh scones like at woolworths coffee shop. I am so dissapointed. And to think I left R500 there.
Awesome food, relaxed atmosphere and our waitress Febbie was so friendly and helpful, an absolute gem!
Have just had the worst experience here. We Ordered Americano and hot chocolate and asked our drinks to come with food but they served us Luke warm coffee and it returned in a takeaway cups😩. Worse part we had to remind the waitress about our food and the bread was so dry you could tell it our order was just sitting in the warmer for a long time. When telling the waitress she told us they are short staffed . . Really bad service from the waitress as well, no friendliness or customer service.
This Mugg and Bean is very clean. I watched the waiters wipe down and then sanitize the table and chairs. The food was fresh and didn't take too long to come out. One of my favourite Mugg and Beans to go to.
Mug & Bean is a franchise store that managed to keep true to their roots offering more value for your money food. Their signature thing is very generous portions. Like a cookie the size of your face. The truely remarkable fact that they still offer top quality food every time makes them at the top of my list for a lunch or lay back coffee. With a great selection of home brew coffee roasts. Just tried the Big Ben & it was nothing short of spectacular! Keep up the great work.
This coffee shop is a mess. Orders become immutable relics once they reach the kitchen. Service is painfully slow and the coffee tastes mediocre at best. Sugary drinks are the norm, even if you order something else. Bottom line: Two out of five stars. One star for WiFi, one for trying to make coffee. If you want to exercise patience and frustration tolerance, visit this coffee shop. Otherwise: find another cafe.
