Just bought two streetwise two at Atterbury. I stated leg part on both. The guy and lady at the counter specified the order. Reaching home when opening both its dry wing parts. This is the second time this happened at Atterbury. I hadn’t taken a bad day and thought let me just pass by and treat myself but to this. It’s so dry can’t and scratching my throat. Don’t know the packers whether they know difference on wing and leg. This is too much as it’s not the first time.I called 20 min on the call centre and was told will receive an sms in 5min. Still waiting.

Extremely disappointed in my purchase at the KFC Atterbury. I purchased a wrapsta and when I opened it up it was the smallest wrap ever. It didn’t look appealing at all. Even if someone paid me to eat it I would not eat it. Now don’t get me wrong we all obviously know you’re not going to get exactly what the picture shows, but this was terrible. A piece of chicken that didn’t even fill the wrap it was basically just an eating a wrap without anything in it. My mom then told me to go back and sort it out. We drove back to sort it out and was told that it is a mini wrap. If it’s a mini wrap it should be under the snacks section on the menu and it should state that it is a mini wrap. I mean what I got was not gonna keep me full until my next meal. The lady manager after going back and forth finally gave our money back and suggested I take the boxmaster as it is way bigger so that’s what we did. Now same thing the picture is deceiving as in the picture it shows this crunchy piece of chicken (like the chicken that is in a crunch burger) and when I took a look it was not crunchy at all and not much bigger that the wrap. Will never waste my time at KFC again. Just wish POPEYES had stayed open as it was a guarantee that your wrap is filled with filling and chicken and it was totally worth the money. KFC is ripping off their customers by providing smaller portion sizes not worth the value. I should have just kept my refund and went and bought food somewhere else instead of taking the boxmaster. As the boxmaster was definitely worth it or any better Picture reference: wrapsta: is the one lying on the packaging Box master: is the one in holding (you can hardly see that there’s even chicken in the meal)

We ordered a meal through the drivethrough. The mash gravy and chicken had s terrible burn flavour. Got home... to realise...They also forgot to pack my sauce for my PAP. Boooo KFC Faery Glen... it's 100 ts of outlets like these that destroy good supporting residents' taste in the Proud Cnl Sanders Brand!!

The store is always clean and the cashier is very friendly I'll definitely call again

No plates if you sit in they won't even give you an empty box to eat a family meal

I wanted to order a bekkie crunch box burger through the drive thru. The lady said you can only have items with the wrap. So I ordered what I wanted through the app for collection in the parking lot. When I got home I saw I was given the wrap and not what I ordered. I don't know if it was out of spite or incompetence, but I am not happy.
