I wish there was negative rating, ciz they dont even deserve a one star. The service at the tills is apalling it is very bad. All the tills are closed and everyone is on their phones. They got to realy improve on their customer service. You won't see ke there again for sure

Remarkable changes I've seen in this store last couple of months. Everything is on point, well done Pick n pay Faerie glen, I really enjoy shopping there.

I had no problem finding the goods I were looking for, and the ladies at the till were helpful and very friendly!

Dear Pick N Pay Hypermarker Faerie Glen. I visited your store today to purchase meat, and I was extremeley shocked and disgusted at the hygiene, or total lack therof - in your fresh meat section. The smells are horrific throughout the fresh meat section, especially throughout the meat processing area - so much so that I had to evacuate the area not to vomit. The amount of flies hanging around the fridges were atrocious. I believe you are putting the public at risk and you should tend to this urgently. The quality of meat and its packaging is extremely disappointing - maybe the smells blurred my vision, but what caught my eye was how poorly the chicken was cleaned and the condition that they were packaged in. This is completely unacceptable. Please look into this and bring your store up to standard!

Naureen the customer service lady is MOST rude. When enquiring about hosting an event, she became nasty and threw the phone down in my ear. This left a bad taste in my mouth with her attitude and not professional at all. Such a pity such an untrained person is part of this wonderful team.

Standing in long queues where only 5 tills are open of the 26 available. Staff members prefer socialising above service delivery.

Large Pick and Pay store with everything you need. Wide open space to move around. With Christmas in the air they need more till staff and end of month makes this shope very full. Chose your time wisely when coming. One this is for sure, they have plenty of parking.

What a sad and outdated PnP Hyper. As a kid (long ago!) this was THE go to shop, now not so much.....at all. Went in looking for fans, stood in front of the only working fan only to have the idle staff complain that I was blocking their fan. Complaints were in their African language about me, little did they know that both myself and daughter understood every word! It was at this point I realized the 4 of them were leaning up against a center display, chatting and playing their phones, while they continued to complain about me blocking 'their' fan. Right then we turned, dumped the trolley and walked out. I now understand why on a Saturday just after midday the parking and store was near empty, and observed most of the staff idle. Good riddance, I will never be back.
