Poor
customer
service.
On
the
7th
of
August
we
asked
for
a
crib
in
the
bedroom,
they
never
confirmed.
They
confirmed
reservation
on
the
4th
of
September,
the
day
we
have
to
check
in,
but
they
said
no
crib
was
available
same
day!!!
So
when
we
arrived
we
accepted
as
it
was
late
to
look
for
another
accommodation
traveling
with
a
baby.
Later
on
they
informed
a
crib
was
suddenly
free
and
available.
Our
surprise...the
crib
was
at
the
reception
and
we
had
to
take
it
to
a
2nd
floor
with
no
lift...
So
this
is
what
we
finaly
did,
take
a
crib
on
our
own
to
the
room
2
floors
with
no
lift,
no
even
asked
for
assistance
to
help
on
a
service
the
personel
of
the
Hotel
had
to
do.
So,
no
recommendated
at
all!!!!
