This was the rare case where it looked better in reality than in the photos. The room was cozy, clean and nice and the view to the patio and the beautiful house facades while taking breakfast in bed just made my morning. The staff was supper nice during booking and stay. It's also not hard to understand that the location is super central!

Poor customer service. On the 7th of August we asked for a crib in the bedroom, they never confirmed. They confirmed reservation on the 4th of September, the day we have to check in, but they said no crib was available same day!!! So when we arrived we accepted as it was late to look for another accommodation traveling with a baby. Later on they informed a crib was suddenly free and available. Our surprise...the crib was at the reception and we had to take it to a 2nd floor with no lift... So this is what we finaly did, take a crib on our own to the room 2 floors with no lift, no even asked for assistance to help on a service the personel of the Hotel had to do. So, no recommendated at all!!!!

The room was fantastic. Clean room with a lot of space. Unfortunately they didn't serve any breakfast probably because of the situation with covid.

Amazing guest house. Rooms were immaculate and very clean. The views from the room are very unique, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The location is perfect for touring around Guimaraes as almost everything is in walking distance! Finally, the owner and workers are absolutely lovely and very helpful.

The place was clean and convenient. It was well equipped and it was also located in a calm spot, but in the same time, near the town centre. The price was not that good, but it was the best we found in guimaraes at that time.

Large rooms, good service from the lady responsible for the place. If coming by car, there isn't a lot of options to park around, you must find a tight spot around the block. Good bathroom, clean place, great light from the large windows.

Our host was very kind to us. He took time to find us parking and when none was available, he gave us his parking space. We loved our room and terrace -- we would recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Guimaraes.

Amazing place located just in city center. Very nice staff, clean and good looking room with delicious and rich breakfast included in fine price. I rekommend this place!

Lovely big rooms in an old building but it can get a little noisy due to the late night cafe below and not all rooms come as Booking.com advertise.

A beautiful hotel very close to the city centre and located in a neigbourhood full of life. We got a room with balcony and not noisy at all. If we had to pick something bad, it would be the bathroom's size with no window. The staff was friendly and the breakfast pretty good, though they should improve the quality of the coffee they serve.

In general all in good shape, but had a terrible night as the above occupants were in a party and noise was unbearable. Left the very next day. Windows are single glazed and tremble with the wind, and offer almost no protection against sound and temperature, rooms require AC to keep warm, but the unit is quite noisy. Bathroom is in need of some TLC. We will not come back.

Excellent location, huge and comfy bed.

The location is ok and the breakfast was good (even though small). BUT: I have never seen in my life such a dirty bathroom. The whole wall was full of cubic hair (see pictures). I have no idea how they managed to achieve this, but it was super disgusting.

We enjoyed our stay. They were friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.
