Served with a smile but bitter coldness, nothing from Rolex is available, I asked to be on the list several times and was denied. Disappointed and I felt discriminated against, being able to buy and be ignored!!!!!

They display Rolex references that are discontiuned, they have nice display but all articles are NOT for sale! That is ridicoulus. Shame

What a disappointing experience! My first visit, I was basically laughed out of the shop by a clearly unprofessional seller, and my second visit ended up feeling like I was being interviewed for a job, just to be able to buy a watch! Many incorrect claims were made, and it became very clear that there's some sort of exclusivity when it comes to their clientele. They do not know how to win a customer, that's for sure. So I advise you not to go there. Otherwise, you will be snubbed out of their shop!

I had a very bad experience with the staff when I asked for help concerning technical assistance of a Bell & Ross watch. The attendant was unwelcoming, impatient and uninterested, unwilling to help solve the issue or provide alternatives. Despite the fact the problem could not be solved, she could have treated me with empathy, attention and care.

Unfortunately, the call was abruptly interrupted without me being able to obtain the necessary information. I believe that good customer service is essential, especially when it comes to luxury products.
