I came to an appointment and was told I had to go further down in the building but they couldn’t allow me through (fair enough) then nobody answered the intercom which led me now to be 15 minutes late for my appointment which I was already trying to get in the building 10 minutes before my appointment anyway. I went back to reception to see if they could assist and got an very aggressive receptionist and patronising one at that tell me it isn’t her problem now carry on trying and don’t come back to reception 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not once was I rude and I left with people starring. I was not impressed

This place was a fabulous ! Been suffering with toothache so was so pleased they could sort me out. You enter from the car park at the rear of the building not the front. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The actual dentist was young and exceptionally professional sorted my problem out with minimum of fuss. X-ray and extraction done in no time pain relief was instant! And I only had to pay £22.00 Wish I could make this my regular dentist 10/10 all round experience

From the initial phone inquiry to the appointment the staff were amazing. They explained everything in detail and they made me comfortable and relaxed. The appointment didn't feel rushed in anyway and there was plenty of time to ask questions and listen to the answers.

Easy location, easy parking (£1 for three hours) and access. Friendly and efficient staff. Great service provided.

I've been going Ashton primary care now for 3 and a half consecutive years. The girls o reception are all lovely and book me in when I see them, as they all know me by name. I am part of the furniture I've been going so long

I've had the privilege of visiting this place a few times out of necessity over the last few weeks and I can honestly say, the whole team including the lovely reception ladies are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and very friendly, so helpful and make the time to find you appointments when it's really tight. I highly recommend this place as nothing is to much trouble for them..

I had an emergency dental appointment yesterday the staff where fantastic the dentist and his dental technician where amazing and so helpful and understanding these guys are amazing I cannot thank them enough for there help

AVOID THIS PLACE! was advised to seek help at the dentist here for treatment for an abcess! Was charged 22 quid then told i needed to see a dentist??? Was told won't do x rays! Not allowed to drill! What type of dentist is this? Complete waste of time!!!

Non professional staff. The rooms are hard to navigate and you are punished even if 1 minute late. The staff complained to NHS about me leaving child in car unattended, for which they have no evidence and NHS dropped the case after talking to me. However, it caused me immense mental stress and I am going to take them to cleaners now.

System problems so security guard insisted patients wait outside in -1. Refused to allow patients in to sit in the waiting area.

Visited the centre this morning with a dental emergency. The service was faultless, I was seen straight away and had an emergency tooth extraction. The male dentist (whose name I didn’t catch but he was Irish) was really knowledgeable and described exactly what he was doing step by step. The female dental assistant was also lovely and put me at ease through the procedure as I was quite nervous. I was in and out within 30 minutes and my problem solved, would definitely recommend!

Recently Ashton Primary Care Centre started issuing the appointments at exactly 11:00 this is an awful thing, so hard to get appointment waiting time too long, once they pick up call all available appointment are gone.

Emergency dental appointment following an abscess. Staff were great, went through the options for a nervous patient and eventually the problem tooth came out - not what I remember dentist being like from when I was young! Excellent

Just been here for the first time, the welcoming and service was outstanding, professional and kind, very happy.

I went to have an MRI scan. The technician was very friendly and put me at ease. I didn't have to wait long and was soon on my way home

THIS SITE NEEDS UPDATE This Primary care centre IS NOT A DOCTORS WALK-IN, AS IT USED TO BE. TO SEE A DOCTOR AS A WALK-IN PATIENT, YOU MUST GO TO TAMESIDE A&E. (good luck with that) WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CHANGE...THANKS FOR ADDING TO THE NHS CONFUSION.

Excellent service on site, in health booking absolutely shambolic

Had dental appointment and was delayed by 8 min, by then the dentist had started seeing other patient and cancelled my appointment. Very unprofessional behaviour of receptionist.

Pathetic from start to finish. Absolutely no help to get prescriptions, appointments or results. Horrific staff and I can’t believe the place is still ‘practicing’ anything

I attended the dentist today. Emergency appoiment the receptionists - BOTH very helpful! Both ladies who seen me was both equally lovely. One pulling my tooth the other making sure my hand was held and I was reassured. Honestly the best experience. Felt like I was with family! Thankyou very much all involved!

I have been having treatment on my right foot. I have an ulcer on my heel which is taking forever to mend, but now after many weeks we are getting somewhere Thank you to the Urgent Care Foot Team for all their hard work and patience.
