    We have been coming to the clinic to have out teeth done for 9 months there about. We have never rescheduled nor cancelled any appointments until today. We both work from home and occasionally have to go in to the office. Today my partner received a call that he has to go to the office on the day of our appointment, which is tomorrow. We rang to reschedule this appointment and that went fine. Few hours later we get the call from the reception that we will have to pay the deposits as the notice we gave was under 24 hr. It was 22hr to be precise. We couldn’t call earlier due to work commitments. So for the sake of 2h we were asked to pay 2 lots of deposits. We asked to speak to management to potentially discuss the circumstances and based on the fact that we are good, reliable customers with plenty more of the treatment to be done could they kindly wave the deposits amount, or at least offer to meet us half way as suggest to pay 50%. They asked if we can come to the clinic PM so that suggest that Dr Lucy’s diary was empty. I suspect they would not ask us to pay the deposit if we would manage to come PM. So if they were willing to do that why not use discretion and keep good customers? After few phone calls I was advised that Dr Lucy Barrett will not wave the deposits and we will have to pay to reschedule for next week. So to summarise for the sake of £80 they are willing to lose clients that would spend hundreds of pounds, not to mention that if tomorrow’s appointment won’t get filled their business will be at a loss. Not very great Customer Experience and Customer Care. I understand there are rules but sometimes stepping outside the box pay more dividends… Off the subject we are in cost of living crisis, no sensitivity and zero humanity displayed here. Sadly for them we will have to take our custom elsewhere. They have our £80 deposit plus one of the fillings came out a month after it was filled. We were going to mention that to Dr Lucy on our visit. I can’t be even bothered to ask for a refund 🙄

    Absolutely disgusting customer service!! I work as an IT consultant and normally work from home however I was asked to attend a client site the day before my dentist appointment in my 10am meeting. I called the dentist on my lunch brake and asked if it would be possible to push mine and my partners appointment to next week due to me needing to attend site and was told this was ok. Fantastic I thought what a wonderful accommodating team. However a few hours later I had another call from the receptionist explaining I would lose my deposit for the two appointments totalling £80 and could I not come in the afternoon. I explained to her yet again Im attending a clients site in the middle of Manchester and that wound be impossible to be honest I felt like I was being railroaded and spoken to like a child so asked to speak to someone in management. To condense what happened In a nutshell on the 3rd phone-call I was told that they would not use any discretion and I would lose £80 deposit for 2 appointments and would also need to pay another £80 for the new appointments. What makes this even worse is I was also told if I had called at 10:30am that would have been fine, just to clarify I called around 12pm. So I was roughly 90mins over the 24 hour cut off to cancel an appointment I’ve now lost the deposit and they have lost 2 very honest, genuine patients. Just to add we’ve been attending this clinic for 9 months had a number of appointments and never missed or been late to any of them, but I guess when your company is run by money grabbing charlatans with zero regard for anything apart from money that doesn’t make any difference. I also asked on the 3rd phone call if the operations manager would chat to Dr Lucy Barrett who was my dentist and explain the situation to her hoping she would understand as she came across as a very polite and professional dentist (came across being the appropriate word!!) Unfortunately I was told by the operations manager that Dr Lucy Barrett agreed with the management team and myself and my partner would lose the deposit. I found this extremely disappointing from Dr Lucy Barrett, but again it seems we have another member of staff here who only cares about the bottom line….Yes lady’s and gents, money! Anyone who reads this please stay away from this two faced money grabbing company. They don’t care about the patient all they want is your money……everything else comes a distant second.

    Warning! If you care about your teeth, never go to Dr. Karolina Maluga. I had an appointment with her for a molar extraction at Ascroft Medical on the 16th of June at 15:00. She hit my chin with the forceps while she was working in my mouth to extract the molar. The nurse had to hold my head still from behind, as my head was moving from side to side, because Dr. Karolina Maluga had no patience and wanted to finish very quickly. She extracted the molar in about 5 minutes. Having arrived home several hours later, as I was speaking with one of my housemates, the premolar which was situated next to the molar she had extracted earlier, fell out. It was a crowned premolar and it had been strong until that day when Karolina Maluga traumatised it while agressively extracting the near molar. So now I lost a good tooh, too, because of that incompetent and careless Dr. Karolina Maluga.

    The receptionist is so bloody rude. The message they sent had incorrect map link, took me to Peter street in Ashton. When I called up the woman said I’d have to wait, nothing about the dentist not being able to see me. Turn up to the appointment only to be told I won’t be seen. The receptionist has the worst attitude ever. So hostile.

    Dr. Magda Wolińska is the Best and nicest dentist I have ever met. She is a perfectionist, very detailed, the treatments are completely painless, she creates a good environment that helps to feel relaxed. She only cares for saving the tooth rather than taking money out of you, which is unfortunately very rare nowadays. She really stays within budget. Finally, I have found my Dentist.:) The receptionists are also really nice, they really try their best to find as early as possible appointment date if really needed! Thank you very much, I would highly recommend her/them!

    I do not recommend. I have spent a lot of money in this clinic and they only help I have received it is a wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment. If you in need to see a sepacialist urgently go elsewhere!!! This clinic it not focused on improving patient health!!! It is focused on take as much money as they can from your pocket.

    If I can, I would like to give zero star definitely! What a thieves. We booked an appointment but don't live in Manchester, so would like to postpone the visit for another day, as we got a broken car and are not able to arrive, but they said 'no, you have to pay another deposit and previous deposit has been lost'. Would never come back here!!! What a waste of money and time. Their procedures are inhuman especially in these days (inflation etc.). Please avoid if you can!

    Had two feelings done by M. W. in speedy manner. Both had to be changed by another clinic within 1.5 y due to lack of tightness, insufficient tangent rebuild where food was trapped constantly and caries being left underneath.

    My Experience at Ascroft was excellent . I had apointment with Marta for wampire lift ! I was scared at first but Marta made it so easy. Strongly reccomended. Agnieszka Shaw .

    Great service from the beginning All personnel very nice and friendly ! So far I got 4 visits with Doctors and 3 visits with higiensts And I'm impressed with the service! Not cheap and no NHS patients that small minus but sometimes better pay more and job is done properly! Very good for polish people what don't speak english ,they can explain very easy where is a problem I like to recommend Dr.Magdalena and higienst Joanna !

    I was at the Clinic in February for a check-up and blood test and everything was okay. Since then I had 3 online consultations with Dorota Cybulska. After 2nd consultation, I had to wait for the prescription for my pills 1 week even I told them that I will can not buy them from the pharmacy without a prescription. Now, one month later after my last online consultation, I'm still calling them to sent me the letter about the blood test results from February. They keep telling me that the doctor will “sort it out next week” but nothing happens since 27 may. And yes, I paid every time the consultations and everything.

    Dr. Emilia Gasiorowska is the best gynaecologist I have ever met! She knows exactly what she is doing, her comprehensive knowledge of endometriosis is very helpful, which gives me a comfort that I needed. Doctor explained to me what is this, what I should do and she told me about a few methods to treat and we choose the best option for me. Basically, now I know what I am struggling with. After so many years of pain and appointments with rude doctors who told me that it was normal, I feel like I found someone experienced! She is worth every penny I spend in the clinic. I am so grateful, and will recommend her to everyone!

    Dr Piotr Kieruzel is an amazing dentist. Extremely professional and I have full confidence in the way he works and how he communicates. He has been my dentist and my family for the past 10 years. Thanks you for caring about my smile and my dental health.

    I had an appointment with Cosmetologist Marta and I can tell she is the best, true professional! I told her about my problem and Marta find the best treatments for my case. We seen on a few occasions in their clinic, but I already see and feel difference. What is more, I am very scared of needle but she made it so easy that I did not feel anything! I like going back here! Strongly recommend! Dorota x

    Lovely clinic. I've had my teeth filled in this clinic and recently, I had a dental implantation. The operation was carried out by the lovely Dr.Lucy Barrett. Thanks to her professionalism, her great manners and her caring,calming and considerate approach, everything went perfect. I felt I was in great hands all the time. Would highly reccomend. Thank you Ascroft Medical and thank you Dr. Lucy Barrett ! 🙂

    Very grateful to have found them and would not hestitate to recommend them! Today I had to have a tooth extraction and I can’t believe how little pain I felt while having a needle and the quickness in which doctor Piotr removed my tooth.This was my third visit with doctor Piotr and I would say he’s the best dentist I have had.Takes my dental care very seriously and is very methodical. I felt informed and at ease through the whole appointment. Practice was clean to the highest standard. Thank You!
