Absolutely
disgusting
customer
service!!
I
work
as
an
IT
consultant
and
normally
work
from
home
however
I
was
asked
to
attend
a
client
site
the
day
before
my
dentist
appointment
in
my
10am
meeting.
I
called
the
dentist
on
my
lunch
brake
and
asked
if
it
would
be
possible
to
push
mine
and
my
partners
appointment
to
next
week
due
to
me
needing
to
attend
site
and
was
told
this
was
ok.
Fantastic
I
thought
what
a
wonderful
accommodating
team.
However
a
few
hours
later
I
had
another
call
from
the
receptionist
explaining
I
would
lose
my
deposit
for
the
two
appointments
totalling
£80
and
could
I
not
come
in
the
afternoon.
I
explained
to
her
yet
again
Im
attending
a
clients
site
in
the
middle
of
Manchester
and
that
wound
be
impossible
to
be
honest
I
felt
like
I
was
being
railroaded
and
spoken
to
like
a
child
so
asked
to
speak
to
someone
in
management.
To
condense
what
happened
In
a
nutshell
on
the
3rd
phone-call
I
was
told
that
they
would
not
use
any
discretion
and
I
would
lose
£80
deposit
for
2
appointments
and
would
also
need
to
pay
another
£80
for
the
new
appointments.
What
makes
this
even
worse
is
I
was
also
told
if
I
had
called
at
10:30am
that
would
have
been
fine,
just
to
clarify
I
called
around
12pm.
So
I
was
roughly
90mins
over
the
24
hour
cut
off
to
cancel
an
appointment
I’ve
now
lost
the
deposit
and
they
have
lost
2
very
honest,
genuine
patients.
Just
to
add
we’ve
been
attending
this
clinic
for
9
months
had
a
number
of
appointments
and
never
missed
or
been
late
to
any
of
them,
but
I
guess
when
your
company
is
run
by
money
grabbing
charlatans
with
zero
regard
for
anything
apart
from
money
that
doesn’t
make
any
difference.
I
also
asked
on
the
3rd
phone
call
if
the
operations
manager
would
chat
to
Dr
Lucy
Barrett
who
was
my
dentist
and
explain
the
situation
to
her
hoping
she
would
understand
as
she
came
across
as
a
very
polite
and
professional
dentist
(came
across
being
the
appropriate
word!!)
Unfortunately
I
was
told
by
the
operations
manager
that
Dr
Lucy
Barrett
agreed
with
the
management
team
and
myself
and
my
partner
would
lose
the
deposit.
I
found
this
extremely
disappointing
from
Dr
Lucy
Barrett,
but
again
it
seems
we
have
another
member
of
staff
here
who
only
cares
about
the
bottom
line….Yes
lady’s
and
gents,
money!
Anyone
who
reads
this
please
stay
away
from
this
two
faced
money
grabbing
company.
They
don’t
care
about
the
patient
all
they
want
is
your
money……everything
else
comes
a
distant
second.
